The property went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our entire stay. They made a special setup for a surprise birthday celebration and the staff were phenomenal and they were extremely polite and helpful when needed. I would love to go back to this resort- it’s been my best experience in Egypt thus far. The accommodation, the food, the cleanliness, the staff it’s all 5* worthy.

Slight lack of communication- we were not told that access to the beach is closed on certain days due to maintenance, so we missed the chance of going to the beach.

I had an incredibly enjoyable time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. All the employees were kind and professional, but I would especially like to mention Miss Mariam, Mr. Mahmoud Bahgat, and Miss Tharwat, who provided exceptional service and paid great attention to details, making the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. It was a lovely gesture when they prepared the room for my birthday celebration in a special way without any prior coordination. I also want to thank Mr. Mohamed Bahgat, who reached out to me after I left for Cairo to make sure we arrived safely. This thoughtful gesture shows how much the staff care about their guests, even after departure. The room was very spacious, and even though there were three of us staying in it, it was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our stay without feeling crowded. The room was also clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, including access to Al Alamein Hotel’s beach. They also provided a golf cart service to take us to the beach at any time, making the trip to the beach convenient and easy. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and entertainment spots. In short, it was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Lets start with the hotel… its a luxury hotel, the staff care about the small tiny details to make you feel the royalty experience! Reception is very professional and friendly, especially Ms.Mayar.. who helped us during the checkout… Rooms, are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff is professional and respond fast. Services at the hotel are amazing, starting with the restaurant that gave you a special experience (Chief Mohammad Tariq, Mr.Ahmad and Ms. Nourhan) all staff are helpful and taking care of everything!! Spa, is amazing experience, very special treatment, everyone there is amazing !! I highly recommend this hotel if you need to have a great vacation!! From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed . The check in process was quick and smooth. From the reception Mr Omar and Abdalrahman were very friendly and helpful we get the amazing deluxe room with great view , very clean , very comfortable, the food was amazing in the main restaurant, the variety, the quality, special thanks to Norhaan to helped us. The hotel has an amazing heated swimming pool you can enjoy all day , and access to AlAlameen beach. The lovely RADWA , can’t thanks her enough, from the minute we arrived until check out, she surprised us with a cake and flowers for my sister birthday. We were so happy and grateful. Special thanks to: Mr mustafa alnagar and Mr Aamer Awad from the house keeping. Definitely I would come back again, highly recommended to who want to relax and get comfortable family vacation .

The hotel interior was beautiful. The facilities were modern and the rooms were huge! Bed was also super comfy. Cleaning done by Sayed was excellent, he did a little towel design saying eid mubarak and left us little cookies as well which was a lovely touch. Loved the little drinks/snacks area on entrance. We also had welcome drinks which was nice. We could get a free buggy whenever we wanted to the Al Alamein hotel on the beach which was approx 5 minutes away. There was a cute tent outside with a projector outside to watch football, smoke shisha and play games etc. The gym was well equipped, clean and modern. The place was definitely suitable for families and couples. The food was quite expensive but really good! Overall the hotel was fantastic, however we did book in off season so got a great deal, feel like the whole area is super overpriced for the summer season. Also appreciated the concierges Ibrahim and Ahmed, thank you!

The spa did not offer mani/pedi

All was perfect cozy and beautiful as usual. One of the best places in the North Coast. New Year dinner was so tasty and with signature serving.

This time the cleaning in the room wasn't perfect as usual. The cleaning was surface and in a hurry... Also, for the first time during all our stays in the hotel on the 1st of January we faced long wait for the food order in the restaurant and mix-up of menu positions. These things upset us a little bit... Hope, it was a single case.

Everything is amazing from my check in experience we arrived after midnight and they surprised me by upgrading my room a special thanks goes to Omar from the reception, the concierge service was awesome Rafaat helped us with everything, also our housekeeping made us little towel thingy which was awesome I will definitely come back again I loved it 10/10 it’s even better than Alalamein hotel I loved even the lobby it smells amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view and the delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast. The spa was relaxing and rejuvenating, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

New hotel with great facilities, the golf courses provided relaxing scenery and a nice walk, in May the hotel was not crowded and the rates were reasonable which I liked, the spa was very good, all the staff were very friendly, hospitable and caring, free car parking, spacious room with spacious bathroom, the free baby cot was very good, very nice pools, golf cars to the beach and many thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade. I enjoyed the golf courses view from the balcony very much.

The provided strip of the Sidi Abdel Rahman beach was not the expected crystal clear sea water. I’m sorry to say that it was turbid, cloudy and opaque (with mountain lime???). Unfortunately, Sidi Adel Rahman beach which was known for its transparent, crystal clear water is no longer there. I couldn’t go swimming at the sea which was a major objective of my stay at the Address. I went swimming at the pool which was very nice, but frankly speaking we have zillions of gorgeous pools in Cairo. I came to the Address Marassi driving from Madinaty (new Cairo) with my daughter and granddaughter, to destress and reenergize by swimming at what used to be the top notch beach in Egypt. My mission was not accomplished and my major objective was not achieved; which was extremely disappointing.

The setting was beautiful. The hotel room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming.

We didn't realise the rest of the town was closed, and that the hotel where we could access the beach would not be open. This meant we had to stick to the restaurant in the hotel, and we didn't enjoy the food outside of breakfast. The fact everything else was closed, including Al Alamein hotel (where this hotel advertised we could use the restaurants and beach) could have been made clear on the website in advance of booking.
