I am not exaggerating! EVERYTHING, was spot on perfect, from entering the gate of the hotel until checking out. The food was perfect, we tried almost everything in Sea Resto restaurant and all meals were 10/10. SPECIAL THANKS to Sea Resto staff and chef who are extremely polite, attentive and professional. And of course the main restaurant staff and chefs. The rooms were super clean, room service are incredible, room amenities are spot on. The room we took are the lagoon rooms. Definitely a place to revisit.

Nothing everything is perfect

I recently enjoyed a fantastic staycation at The G Hotel Seashell, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly cool and helpful, making me feel right at home. The dining experience was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the chefs truly showcased their culinary skills. The waitstaff provided top-notch service, ensuring that every meal was enjoyable and memorable. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, with the pool and sea creating a picturesque backdrop. The pool area is perfect for relaxation, making it a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun. I was particularly impressed with the design of the buildings. The elegant, modern architecture adds a touch of sophistication to the overall ambiance of the hotel. My deluxe room with a pool view was spacious and beautifully furnished. The restful furniture made for a comfortable stay, and the awesome bathtub was the cherry on top. It provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We love the hotel. Cosy, and the pool is clean. The sitting sofas for couples are great idea to suntan and chill around the pool. The hotel is located near to the important evening attractions. Staff were friendly and professional.

Breakfast was good and service was amazing. However, we have noticed that quality of some of the items weren’t up to the standard. Bakery wasn’t fresh, Falafel has to be served hot and fresh. Pepperoni pizza at the pool was too oily. To summarise, the G used to deliver Top quality F&B. They should reconsider their operation to keep the F&B quality that we are used to.

They are really amazing with welcoming people. I really recommend to deal with those guys , a big thank for them … it won’t be a really good vacation without their presence.. and they deserve it thank you very much for everything and I’m looking always for coming back to this place . thank you. Th staff are very friendly and nice . They are very helpful and super duper amazing kind helpful persons . I come mainly every year just yo see them . I went to many hotels but this hotel is really different because of the staff like Mohamed mohamed abdelhamid Samy reception Mohamed adel Mahmoud saber ( osama ) They are super amazing . I feel i am with my family they are in for helping and welcoming all the time .the service is excellent and exceeding my expectations me and my friends

Just came back from a one night stay in the G hotel. The hotel is really nice, clean and with a relaxing vibe. It was our 10 years anniversary and we wanted to spend a relaxing vacation. We had a cabanna by the lagoon it was very clean a bit small but ok for a cabanna. The bathroom had a small extension with sky light and plants that gave a very nice vibe to the room. The beach was amazing , spacious and sandy. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We wanted to do something crazy for the anniversary and with the help of mr Amir the hotel 's night manager we were able to come back with the pictures and memories we wanted. A special shout out to Mr Amir for going out of his way to help us. Regarding the restaurant and the food they were both amazing. Food was delicious with lots of varieties. Again it was a vacation to remember, the perfect place for a quick relaxing get away. Only draw back is that it is a bit too quiet for families with kids. Looking forwards to going there again.

Staff during breakfast very helpful and very friendly It’s cozy place and good location. Dinning in in Otto restaurant was good. Pool guy was helpful his name is rabe3. The energy of the place is good. ً

Reception staff were not friendly… only Abd el Fattah when we checked in was friendly and supportive. Music by the pool is repeated insanely and I stayed 4 nights hearing same songs 5 times repeated everyday: Menue in general is limited.: breakfast was accepted. Maintenance was done everyday around us by the pool and there was lots of noise and made us uncomfortable having maintenance guys around us. Gym was not ready during my stay and I was extremely disappointed. I expected fun programs for weekend such as DJ by the pool, animation team but there was none. We got harassed twice by khaliji guests cause they were drunk and I expect security to be alert to such behavior and also the hotel to be selective in their customers.
