Ms Sara from guest relations office was very keen to ask about family comfort during stay . .sea view chalet was great choice to stay in . A lovely summer vacation new facility. I hope to maintain same level in midsummer

Restaurant is not very good specially there was no variety in food and quality was not perfect taste

The place is brand new. Nice lobby, beautiful rooms, the pool and aqua park are great. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating, they allowed early check in and late check out.

A couple of minor things, the first is the road leading to the hotel. It was always hard for cabs to reach and the road at night has no lights. No option for soft Pillows, all 4 Pillows provided where hard ones which made it impossible for me to sleep

The view was stunning and the staff were friendly, the pool was amazing

The road for resort is little creepy specially in night, no facilties is near you have to travel about 20 mins, the breakfast is not suit for a 5 stars resort at all and the beach required more attention I didn't like it.

The beach despite having a prevention from strong waves but full of rocks and not having a gradual declination that you can not keep your balance especially for those who does not swim

Highly recommended place if you're going for holidays with the family ... Spectacular beach with crystal clear water and sandy beach ⛱️ rooms were spacious and well decorated ... The food buffet is also a top standard they offer a half board( included the booking,) they just need to add more food varieties, but I understand the hotel is still in the soft opening phase . The last and not the least are the brilliant and kind staff especially Mr Waleed and Mr Hani , they were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay ... Overall it was a great experience and we had an amazing holiday 😍 will definitely come back whenever we're in North Coast

i booked the royal sweat, seems that i was the first to use, as the drawers were full of dust and not cleaned recently, while i have booked this room earlier, the room was not equipped with the necessary basics (Tooth brush, tooth paste ......), the beach front still needs lots of maintenance and cleaning, also pools are not as clean as should be, additional training required for the staff
