I had a great stay at Porto Marina Residence! From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Without even asking, the receptionist Rafeaq kindly upgraded our apartment from a street view to a beautiful pool view, which really made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. He was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable from the start. Another great surprise was that since our apartment was powered by Amer Group, we received free access to Al Hamor Beach – a lovely bonus that added a lot of value to our trip. Overall, the service, location, and little thoughtful touches made it a memorable stay. I’d definitely recommend Porto Marina Residence and look forward to coming back again!

The pool area was clean and family-friendly, though it's worth noting that the maximum depth of the pool was only 110 cm, which might not suit everyone. Also, while the beach itself was beautiful, the prices there were quite high, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay with helpful staff, great location, and some nice extras. I’d recommend Porto Marina Residence, especially for families looking for a comfortable getaway.

Fantastic Hotel by the Sea! I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, offering stunning views of the clear blue waters directly from your room. The private beach is clean and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Although I didn’t have any meals at the hotel, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities you might need. The decor is elegant and simple with a touch of luxury. Additionally, the pool by the sea was a great bonus, where you can swim while enjoying the breathtaking views. The hotel’s proximity to the sea makes for a serene and relaxing stay, away from any noise. The Front office Staff ( Hussam , Rafiq ) were very collaborators and have a sense of hospitality . The Porto marina market has a good variety of restaurants and a good attractions for kids .

One small thing Not related to Porto Marina it’s related to Marina management they should provide a clear procedure to let Marina ‘s Tenants be able to enter others Marina area such as 4 , 5 especially after the beach closed@7:30 pm to be able to enjoy with others spots “Marina walk”

One of the most wonderful vacations I spent on the North Coast - Alexandria. I have booked the room i dealt with Mr. Khaled Fawzi, and he impressed me with his excellent manners and very good reception. He gave me an upgrade for services and a room with a direct sea view, even though the reservation was with a pool view for free. He works very well to satisfy all customers and provide complete comfort and enjoy the summer vacation to the fullest.

Parking is not comfortable if you have families. Security guys who are at the building, their attitude is not the best. There was no flexibility for late checkout even with 30 minutes more.
