would like to give special recognition to Mr. Mohamed, the evening shift reception, for his outstanding professionalism and dedication. From the moment he took over, he completely turned my experience around – truly a 180-degree change. Mr. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and efficiency. He listened attentively to my concerns, responded with genuine empathy, and acted immediately to resolve the issues. His warm hospitality, patience, and problem-solving attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to guest satisfaction, and I can honestly say that Mr. Mohamed transformed my stay from a disappointing one into a very positive and memorable experience. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I would definitely return thanks to his exceptional service.

This hotel is new, so it's very modern and clean. The hotel itself is quite big. My room and en suite bathroom was really big. I had a room with a large balcony and a view of the main road and the sea in the distance. The buffet breakfast had a decent spread. I had lunch at the hotel and it was really good. The hotel has a cafe at the front too. There is a Gomla Market supermarket just a few doors down from the hotel, which is very handy. The supermarket is very large, well stocked and has anything you need for your stay. I think it's the main supermarket in El Alamein. There is a restaurant beside the hotel that serves seafood. There is a Drinkies nearby too. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and gym in the hotel too. Mr. Ahmed, the concierge at reception, was very helpful and spoke great English. He arranged a driver for a day, to visit the war museum and cemeteries. That was a life saver because I don't have a car in Egypt. Mr. Ahmed arranged an Uber to my next hotel too. It might be better to have a car when coming to El Alamein but the hotel will help, if you do not. El Alamein is quite spread out and not very walkable so a car, driver or Uber is needed. I would recommend this hotel for people who want to visit the beaches, war museum and cemeteries.

The wifi isn't the best. Seems to be an issue across the North Coast. Luckily, I had my own Egyptian internet provider, so it wasn't a problem.

The place smelled like heaven, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was a truly wonderful experience — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had so much fun.

We do wish there had been access to the beach. While the indoor swimming pool was nice, having an outdoor pool as well would have enhanced the summer vibe even more.

Honestly I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. Lobby looks nice, room is amazing in size and cleanliness, new furnishing , staff was very helpful, the indoor pool was beautifully decorated . very good atmosphere overall for a business hotel and price is quite reasonable given all the challenging prices in north coast.

Nothing. I just put a simple comment in reception that signs need to be put on the pool and gym area. If for visits for leisure, would be good to have access to a beach.

Our stay in the hotel has been overall very good. The staff (esp. Khalid) was very friendly. They offer a good variety of breakfast, room service, plus in the basement there is a swimming pool, a gym, kicker, pool billiard, ping pong and chess. The only inconvenience was the dusty floors. In total we would book again and can recommend

This is the 2nd te for us to stay here and it was amazing. Location! You wouldnt worry about shopping as it is just next to a hyper market. Very easy to be located by friends or taxis, comfortable rooms, amazing staff.

The new regulations for prices, if not egyptian you will have to pay way more than usual. Breakfast could be a bit more versatile.

Has everything you need, good location near wadi natroun road, staff are friendly.

No beach but didn't matter to me as I just passing by for 1 night

Starting from the reception, the speed of check-in, the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant, the quietness, and finally all the staff were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you all.

The hotel has no private beach. But the staff went out of their way to secure us access to Marina resort right in front with ample paid beaches.
