The villa is large and very close to the beach , bedrooms are large and accommodated the 7 of us very well The covered car park is a nice touch and the out door seating is amazing at night . Mr Hesham the care taker is very nice and accommodating. The resort is older but the beach is clean and the sea is a beautiful light blue colour. Overall it is good value

The only complaint I have is 2 of the bedrooms do not have A/C which made for a restless sleep due to the summer heat otherwise this is a good summer house directly on the beach with balconies on each of the levels

Great location, extremely easy to communicate with the property owner and the person who looks after it. Easy access to everything around the area. Villa is large with a lot of outdoors seating space.

Furniture is a bit dated although probably in the top 10% of properties in this part of Sahel. Generally nothing to complain about.

The Villa has a nice sea view from 1st floor and roof. It's 5m waking to the beach . The Villa's Garden is huge and perfect for families with children. I thank the owner for his kind hospitality, he is very caring and decent person. He was following up regularly to ensure that we have nice stay..

I guess that housekeeping did not have much time to clean well

Very kind and decent owner. The garden is lovely and the rooms that face the sea have a beautiful sea breeze. The villa has some cool amenities and activities to be done. To list a few, a ping pong table, a small swimming pool, rackets, many card games, WiFi and a smart TV. I will definitely go there again next year.

Nothing specific, maybe if the owner can utilize the spacious garden to build a pool instead of the current inflatable pool.

All utensils and games are available, and even some games have not played within a while. The host, Mr Hesham, is welcoming and following up all the time if anything exists to solve.

Location is great. We were greeted by Mr. Sabry who has been very helpful. We received a call from the owner to ensure everything is ok! It's very spacious, very good for big families Everything we needed during the visit was there :) We will surely go again!

We had a power cut but did not last more than 10 minutes. Some of the beddings were not clean but when we asked, it was changed on the spot.

The owner is keen to provide many varities such as games and table tennis. He is also always in touch to ensure that comfort and enjoyment are provided

All mentioned facilities by the owner are available and operating fine. Unit is Close to the beach. Owner assistant was always responding so quickly 😃

Restaurants inside the village were little , but delivery by the far ones were ok & for extra delivery fees.

1. Mr. Hesham (the owner) is a kind person. 2. Good sea view for 2 rooms only and at the roof. 3. Near to the beach, less than 5 minutes of walking. 4. The beach is nice and clean. 5. There is a card allowing us to have 3 fre chairs at the beach, and every extra chair is for only 10 EGP. 6. The village is a bit nice and quit.

1. The furniture is old. 2. Only 2 rooms have a private toilet and AC. 3. Only 2 rooms have a sea view, and these rooms are not the master rooms which having the toilet. 4. The village services are poor.
