The hotel is located quite far from the city, basically in the middle of nowhere, however it is close to the motorway and for the business stay quite ideal. The room was big, with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with both showerbox and bathtub. The breakfast was quite good with reasonably assortment of various meals and helpful personnel. I did not have time enough to try other things there.

Some of the equipment was quite shabby, especially the shelfs and wooden strips in the bathroom would need replacement. Also the bath plug did not seal enough, so the water was still kept leaking - despite me to ask the customer service to fix it.

The room I slept in is not the room I requested, but another smoking room, and the bed in that room was broken, so I called the office and told them that the bed was broken, they sent the staff to fix the bed. expecting to be changed in my room. but my application was not evaluated.

The food has to change every morning and it's the same . There is a lot of oily and sugary food and that is not good for the body, especially for the elderly and sick people. The issues that I have told you should be investigated, it is important for all of you, especially the management of the hotel, thank you

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff were decent and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The swimming pool and spa facilities were truly exceptional, in addition to the pleasant fragrance throughout the floor added a lovely touch to the overall experience.

Although the room was super clean and tidy, minor cracks were observed on the wall, likely caused by a previous water leak. While the damage appears minimal, addressing these details is important, as they can significantly impact guests’ impression of the accommodation.

The room was spacious, clean and overall very neat. Room keeper Sahar was also very kind, respectful and a very mindful person while doing her job. I appreciate her attentiveness to my request and ability to work so quick.

I think adding more toiletries would have been great, but that's totally ok if not added (just a matter of preference, it didn't make or break how much I liked my stay).

The only thing that the room was far from the elevator and my mother found it a bit tiring to walk all the distance more than once daily from the elevator to the room.

I stayed at the Hilton Alexandria for a few hours after missing my flight, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short distance from Borg El Arab Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, texting me all the information I needed right away. They even offered me an upgraded room, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a relaxing time during my brief stay and enjoyed unwinding by the pool.

The food poisoning and the staff on check out who did not know what they were doing and would prefer to have a stand up argument at the front desk on check out, and then no apology ETC. afterwards when they were proven wrong and should have provided me with a invoice for my stay as they were badly informed and trained.

The room was quite comfortable. Unfortunately there were no sleepers and word robe and other things that should be in a 5* hotel (dental kit and others). But still the stuff tried to solve this problem in a very kind way.

While making a tour around the SPA i find out that the massage rooms wasn't cleaned after the previous guests and it's not a good idea to show the guest SPA zone in such a unsightly appearance (with used towels on the floor and unwashed dishes after wedding party). Hope, you'll take it into account.
