i liked most the staff espcially the two girls in the reception morning time they were so helpful and provided me a complementary check-in after a long flight. the concierge Mr Taher and Sayed were super helpfull. also the Houskeeping lady in the 11th floor was so polite and hospitable. the view was awesome and the balcony was specious.breakfast was also nice with a lot of varieties. room service and laundry service were so efficient with affordable prices. over all my stay went amazing and thanks you all for everything.

i actually liked everything but maybe some notes might help for more improvement: 1- wifi is slow and difficult to connect and keep connected. 2- there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room. 3- elevator is bit slow 4- there is no complementary water in the room. 5- Tv channels should be more orgnized and in a better order. 6- there is no car parking at all.

The place need a little attention to details like fixing the iner door looks the furniture is outdated but it was clean and tidy

Low breakfast options [very not worth the money], no room service, kettle wasn't clean and no cups, water, or hot drinks. AC wasn't hot it was cold, and I had to turn it off.

The location and I forgot my ice cap and the moment I reported it It was there in the lost and found . The location and view is very beautiful

The location is outstanding near city and ten meters away from the sea.The staff were very helpful Rawan and Ahmed working at the reception showing the tourist places in city and trying to solve any problems in the room.

The elevators are old and very slow and takes long time to arrive. It's always a challenge to wait for them to arrive to your floor, ending up going down on stairs sometimes.
