The place is new and everything is well maintained. The reception is great and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very clean with good showers. The staff are helpful and nice.

One side of the hotel is facing an olympic swimming pool complex. It’s noisy most of the day.. i imagine staying on that side of the hotel would be very uncomfortable. Its not an issue if you stay in the other half of the hotel facing smouha club. The breakfast food needs more options.. i would give it 6/10 but the available options are good enough for travelers. It could be better. The outdoor swimming pool is small and mostly good for Kids but it would be awkward for adults.

The hotel facilities are new with really helpful staff. Trivina at the reception especially was giving us all the information we need to get around the city. She is attentive, informative, made our birthday celebration memorable!! Highly recommended!!!

New hotel with beautiful interior and exterior. Everything is clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the balcony to the city. I really liked the hotel.

Since the hotel is 5 stars, there should be slippers and robes, but there were none. The room description also said that there was an iron, but there was none either.

- size of the rooms - very nice staff - comfortable beds - big and clean bathroom

- The noises of the sports club near the hotel were very annoying. We had to wake up early from the contest we heard in the morning. Even at night, the noises of near by shops (music and loud shouting) could be easily heard. - The pool was very small and not really suited for swimming, it was a fountain more than a pool

Excellent experience from start to finish. Security and luggage service were smooth and efficient. A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.

For what we wanted in a hotel, the Mirage covered everything. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely touch. Breakfast was very good, a nice big selection of proteins, pastries, breads, fruit and veg, as well as fresh omelettes being made to your liking. The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here! The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Every one of them went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and I've no doubt they do the same for every one of their guests. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing to complain about at all!

A very recent and modern hotel. Room perfectly equiped. Every equipment seems to be new. Even the gym is very well equiped with modern machines. Very nice breakfast. Incredible quality of service from the workers (reception, spa, gym, breakfast). The only and closest experience of a 5 stars we had during our whole stay in Egypt in 3 different hotels.

Maybe the location or the area around the hotel. It's perfect for short time and to be close to touristic places and visit Library, Theater etc that are very close. But the surrounding area seem to be less clean and peaceful than Montaza for example. Maybe size of bedS: will have prefer to have the option of only one Queen/King size bed instead of one small double bed + one single bed (not interesting for 2 people only)

Hotel was great - good central location and the breakfast buffet was very good. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. We used the bar in the lounge/lobby area a couple of times and it was good. We appreciated the assistance from the manager to get the TV connected up to watch the football. Noor provided good service for our drinks order. All the staff were very attentive and we were very happy with our stay.

The Hotel was set in from the street and had a beautiful and welcoming entrance. The welcome drink was a nice touch! The modern spacious room was like the online pictures and since we faced the back, (see attached picture of view)it was quiet. The stone walls and floors are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and answered requests quickly.

Although I prefer a firm mattress, I got used to the soft bed by the second night. Tip: Getting into the elevator, there’s a lip on the floor threshold- take care to step up and into the elevator.

The hotel is new, and clean, rooms are nice, and we had a good time.

The one thing that remove 2 points from there rating is at one time, we had guests over for dinner at the room, and the hotel staff that worked the night shift was very rude about that, kept calling our room to ask them to leave, made the guest uncomfortable, and made us look bad. We book 5 stars hotel because we don't want the staff to middle in our business, and that was the only time we had such issue. so that employee costed them 2 points for this review.
