Organized hotel, friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable room, convenient location near Pharos University and the Green Plaza mall.

There was a connecting room, normally convenient for a big family or group of friends, but it served as a separate room for other guests. There was the occasional noise coming from it but it wasn't that bad.

Could benefit from further improvments in terms of facilities common in 4 star hotels such as a hair dryer. No mats on the floor.

My overall experience at the Grand Plaza Hotel was very good, check-in and check-out was very smooth and pleasant, even at peak season. This Hotel's level of quality and service is easily comparable to much fancier hotels at much higher price points.

I frequently find myself staying in Alexandria during the week for work, typically spending one or two nights at the Grand Plaza Hotel. I choose this hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, the staff are incredibly friendly and cheerful, always showing respect to their guests and going above and beyond to provide support. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Sherif Azzam for his exceptional hospitality and respectful demeanor. The food is quite delicious and satisfying, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the reception representatives are always cheerful and respectful, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. Finally, the hotel’s location is perfect, making it an ideal choice for my stays.

Issues with front desk to check in with my wife of 7 years (they were very concerned about tourism policy) Bathroom floor was dirty, but hotel overall was fairly clean

It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is close to green plaza if you like that mall.

There wasn’t many selections of restaurants near by and the breakfast is a little bland.

The staff and the cleanliness of the room were real highlights to this stay. It was great to have good air conditioning and a work space as these are requirements for my travels. The front desk was helpful with any questions and upgraded the room for free. Also, the club sandwich for a late night meal was really tasty.

The location was not near anything notable except a busy shopping area so I did need a taxi to get around as the immediate environment was more like busy roads. Also the pool wasn't open, but all other facilities were quite nice!
