Great but not clean as expected

Express check-in, the royal suit has an excellent view over the sea, the breakfast was good with a good quality and variety. Very nice cafe over the sea with very good prices where you can have good drinks. Park is available for free on the other side 5 minutes away by walk from the hotel.

Internet Internet Internet. They give us a code to use the Internet upon arrival. It's very slow, and if your turn wifi off, you can not connect again!! i told the front desk in the morning, and she gave us a new code that we used to less than 1 hour as we went out, and when we were back, we couldn't connect again!! I asked the front desk at night to check this problem, and he told me there are no codes available as they didn't receive any more and said its not mentioned on Booking.com that there is a Wifi!!! Large bed sheets and quilt don't fit the bed. They were for a single bed, not large. Cleaning needs to be improved.

The breakfast variety was okay, but there were several issues that need attention: • There was no cutlery or tissue on the table. • Many of the plates were not clean, some were chipped, and there were not enough available. • The staff took too long to refill the food on the buffet. • During my 4-day stay, no one asked for my feedback or checked in to see how the breakfast experience was. I hope these points will be taken seriously to improve the overall guest experience.

I liked many things, starting with the receptionist who gave us the room at 10 am instead of 3 pm. Also, the location is great, the family room is very good, the breakfast was very good, the beach is beautiful, and the hotel’s cafes are beautiful and their prices are cheap.

Room and bathroom doors need maintenance and renovation. Cleanliness needs more attention, especially the cleanliness of the floors. The amount of shampoo and body soap in the bottles is very small. The towels are few for 6 people in a family room. The hotel needs some attention to become huge and excellent.

The receptionist was so polite and helpful. Housekeeping was so tidy and clean. The seaview was fascinating. There is a private beach in front of the hotel and it was included in my stay . The staff was cooperative and cheerful. They frequently ask if I have any problems with my stay. There was a free wifi with 1 gigabyte every day. The breakfast was great and their restaurant made beautiful launch for good prices as well . The room was just as it was in the photos with a fridge and a money safe . It was conditioned.

I found difficulties with the mobile network, especially when I was in the room, but it became better on the balcony. The bathroom in the beach needs fixations .

Family members ( 3 ) liked the moderate price, location of hotel, suite sea side view, its size, 11 th floor, neat and clean, quick check in, easy & flexible parking, welcome staff and open buffet breakfast in nice restaurant .Thank you🙏 all in all is great.Flexible booking; no difference in rate, whether via booking or hotel itself same price. Appreciate to keep this standard up. Would love to come again and will recommend it for family & friends.

When you are standing in front of the reception, there is a receptionist always sitting on the right side in front of you, she was amazing in her welcoming, smile, attitude and decency She was the best person ever at any hotel reception Unfortunately, i didn’t catch her name but honestly she was helpful and amazing👏 🤩

I have a minor comment on the facilitaties in the room as the safe was not working The sea water was not as good as expected
