I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Seasons (Alexandria ) and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay.The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable. The decor was tasteful and luxurious, creating an ambiance of elegance and comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities and plush furnishings that made me feel right at home.One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. Breakfast Staff in breakfast and front desk Rooms

Staff in the beah area so slow and forgot our orders and everything we requested for. They just ignore you and the area it's not busy and they are a big team just lazy and don't want work. They make you feel that you bother them. The beach area very dirty so if you except to go there for a nice swimming beach are you are in the wrong place. The area of the hotel is so busy and crowded by night you cannot be outside for more than 10min.

-staff were phenomenal - location is superb - you get quiet beach and bustling city in the same location, never been anywhere like this before - beach is amazing, sand is smooth - breakfast is amazing - spa was amazing, best massage I’ve ever had - free water bottles provided at the beach and pool was nice touch It’s absolutely a luxury resort where the customer service is above and beyond.

The marble floors are stunning but are a little slippery and my mum did slip in the bathroom when it was wet so just a note to be careful 4th floor jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough when we visited, probably like warm I’d say.

The service and staff were excellent: very friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive. The room was large and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and the food of high quality. The breakfast buffet had a very extensive range of foods.

As it is winter season the outdoor pools and beach were closed and the hotel felt very quiet. The long marble corridors to reach the restaurants and spa/gym were beautifully done but soulless. It is a long way from the main sights.

This is my 2nd stay with them and everything was amazing. Fathi from the meet and greet was always a pleasure to see and very helpful as always. He remembered my daughter and I from the first visit and was very welcoming. Yazeen who greeted us every morning before showing us to our table and the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing, even gave my daughter some colouring books and pencils to distract her while my husband and I finished breakfast. Also a special thank you to Shaimaa in concierge services, who helped us with everything when we needed medical assistance for our daughter, just before our flight. Truly the best hotel to stay at ❤️

The Four Seasons Hotel in Alexandria at San Stefano is highly regarded for its luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and excellent amenities. Guests enjoy spacious rooms with beautiful sea views, a variety of dining options, and top-notch facilities, including a private beach, pool, and spa. The attentive and friendly staff consistently enhance the guest experience. Its prime location in the San Stefano district makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

This is the most beautiful hotel and quite frankly the best hotel in Alexandria. The food was exceptional and the staff is always waiting to make your stay even better.

The card keys for the doors are old fashioned. The four seasons hotels in the rest of Egypt have already upgraded and they need to as well. We had to change our card key multiple times because every time it came near a phone it deactivated.

only the shower, the hot water stopped running after 2-3 minutes and turned cold suddenly. we’ve stayed in villa 301.

Everything was really great! From the vallet to the reception to the room service and the beach restaurant all the staff were wonderful, cheerful, and welcoming. It was my father’s birthday and they made sure to include a cake at his arrival to the room which was a very nice gesture. The beach restaurant was amazing and had very good options both at breakfast and lunch. And the views from the sea view room was just the highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend staying here.
