The staff were the best thing in our stay. Jihan from reception went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable. The concierge team were brilliant, polite and will make you feel important even if you are not. Thanks for all the staff :)

The pool has been downgraded from infinity pool to a less nice one (Not like the pictures) and it is not heated

A wedding took place on the pool. That made the hotel residents not able to stay on the pool, I believe that is wrong as I am paying this money for the room as well as the facilities. If such a thing took place they should have warned us.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was absolutely spotless. All are decorated to an extremely high standard. The customer service from the staff was flawless. They are all wonderful & friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble.

I booked this hotel for the beach but unfortunately, the beach across the road was under construction & is, from what our driver said, due to be complete in 2026. Not only that, it's across an extremely busy road without any crossings from what we saw. Also, the surrounding area, my daughter & I didn't feel comfortable walking around as it's quite run down. Due to the traffic noise & not feeling safe to explore, we stayed only 1 night instead of 3.

a bit far from city center but still quite nice

The hotel has a fantastic location, and the room looked just like the photos. The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, who was very supportive during my late-night check-in. He even called the restaurant to arrange my missed dinner after hours because of my late flight. Breakfast was delicious, and I found the menu for dinner to be much better than the buffet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will come back!

Some road enhancement project nearby but not affecting too much and will soon finish

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms with all facilities that you would expect from Hilton. Staff very friendly and obliging. Salma in particular was very nice. The Cigar Bar was reasonably priced for beer, though more expensive than the few local bars, which is to be expected.

Some communication issues as the staff don't have great English. Also took a long time to run hot water up to my room on 6th floor, like 5 minutes. The area around the hotel is very run down and scruffy but we did not experience any hostility or never felt unsafe. No local pubs or bars in this area it seems.

Be careful for the payment and make sure of the price it is same booking or not

We stayed for two nights in the property. Despite having a lower Hilton Status within the loyalty program, we were allocated a room better than the one we had booked. It made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were excellent and Happy Hour at the Cigar Bar kept us coming back for more! We were also permitted to make use of the Hotel facilities after checkout (as our train was later in the afternoon). In all, an excellent experience.

The gym needs a little updating. Good selection of cardio machines but the weights equipment needs addressing to ensure safety. Notably the bar on the benchpress is not suitable for this equipment (too short) and there is no way to secure weights on the bar.
