One of the best ever hotels in alex. to stay. The staff are amazing and very decent and they are welcoming all your queries with a smile and trying to solve any issue in few minutes. Special thanks to Ms. Marwa (guest relation) and Mr. Yehia in the reception for everything they did to made our stay a great one. Ms. Marwa was following daily about any issue and our stay which is something i see very nice from her side. Location is very good near from montazah. In addition its beach front the view is amazing. Flat is very clean and have all the equipments for our stay. Recommend to choose the 3 bedrooms since the view is much better than the 2 bedrooms with bigger balcony.

Parking area is very limited spots specially with the road construction in front of the hotel which is out of the hotel responsibility But they always help in finding a spot

I recently stayed at Hotel Jewel and had a fantastic experience. The staff took exceptional care of us, always greeting us with a warm smile and providing immediate assistance whenever needed. I want to especially highlight Miss Marwa at the reception. She was incredibly polite and respectful, truly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I would rate her a perfect 10/10 in everything—Masha Allah! Thank you for making my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The property is wide and clean Furniture is good The view is charming and the apartment has a spacious terrace Staff is so pleasant specially the receiption front officers , the helpers and the restaurant waiters The restaurant is wonderful and has a very impressive view and the breakfast is so delicious

The number of Power sockets is not enough when using a number of electric devices at the same time The appartment has 3 bedrooms but air conditioner is fixed on only two rooms Some ceramic tiles on the flooe was scratched and broken

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly, and keen to provide anything we needed.. special thanks to Miss Mai, and Miss Marwa. The beach is wonderful , location is 2 minutes from the gorgeous Montaza gardens, and the hop on hop off red bus.

The beach access is not free for residents, you have to pay a ticket, but not expensive.

It is nice place to stay in ,,,small apartment is good for family to stay together ,,2 room with air conditioned have all facilities as kitchen tools and all are clean ,,,staff are very friendly ,,,you can see the perfect sea view from your Room in Roof the is Restaurant and coffe shop is perfect as view in day and night

Try to have wifi connection in Room i think it is needed

I had an amazing stay at Jewel El mandra ! The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was top-notch. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like home. Marwa was incredibly helpful and ensured all our needs were met promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Reception Staff are super friendly and helpful. The . apartment had a great sea view The apartment was very well equipped and with new appliances and furniture. Everything was super clean. Hotel staff were responsive amd helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely come again. Location was super nice. The balcony was amazing.

Maybe that there is no wifi.

I expected that the price includes the beach but it gives only 50% discount.

There was no places in the garage for the car.
