The front desk receptionist samar was very cooperative, professional, and always smiling , She offered us a complimentary cake for our anniversary desert. It was very nice of here to do such an action The decorations were very eye relaxing, and the rooms were excellent and clean I like it there very much ,thank you for your hospitality

Security at the main entrance needs to be more friendly ,they are securing hotels, not a police station

We loved our stay at this hotel! From start to finish our experience exceeded expectations! The hotel and property are beautiful - well kept, stylish, welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and classy. The convenience was also one of my favourite things - we never had to worry about parking, the Wi-Fi works everywhere on the property, which made it so much easier to work and relax. The staff was well above average. We met so many lovely people and everyone who worked there demonstrated good manners, was friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel settled and at home. The staff and their hospitality is one of the things that means so much to me about this property. This was our second stay at this hotel and somehow they are doing a great job of improving everything. It is a place that we want to call a home away from home. I don’t want to wish away time, but we can’t wait to stay here again - I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing, quality hotel experience to consider this hotel!

My stay at Helnan Mamoura Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is perfectly situated with stunning views of the Mediterranean, creating an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the panoramic sea view from my balcony. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and I had the pleasure of trying several of them. The amenities at Helnan Mamoura Hotel are top-notch. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Additionally. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or accommodating special requests, they were always attentive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Helnan, even if it was just for one night in the winter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I also loved the private beach—clean, peaceful, and a great spot to enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I recommend removing alcoholic drinks from the fridge to better accommodate guests who prefer non-alcoholic options.

the location, the hotel is a new one opening from only 3 years, and the WIFI service is good.

the garage with a fee which not logical for the guests, for the visitor ok but for guest who stay in the hotel for couple of days is not logical. the garage need to have signs show directions of in/out from outside and inside the garage. The exit shall have a mirror shows the cars as the exit of the garage on a main road. the hotel maintenance team need to take care about A/Cs discharge and intake grills and there are signs of water leakage. beyond that the hotel if excellent and staff were so friendly i want to give staff 10/10.

Staff was frindely, the resrvation was only include breakfast but resturent was great valu for money (paid dinner) the rooms was trendy and clean

No pool snaks even it would be paid, No animation team, no heated pool, no activties ,breakfast varties was too poor

Very new, modern and luxurious hotel befitting its 5 star status. We really appreciated the architecture, decor and finishes. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Egypt. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious with nice amenities.

Things open later than we’d like the beach club and gym which do not open before 10am. The hotel is in community in which entrance fee of 30 Egyptian pounds per person and vehicle is required. The breakfast buffet was more meager compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mai at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism—she made check-in smooth and pleasant. I also want to thank Mahmoud for his kind assistance and friendly attitude throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!

Lobby, Interiors, and room furniture. Hotel is shining as if it’s newly renovated.

Breakfast was not included in room price and wasn’t mentioned during my check-in. Had to pay for a very pricy breakfast. Usually, on booking.com, if breakfast is not included, it’s stated there. Another experience, surveillance cameras (more than one from different angles) are directed at the pool. I found that such a disruptive idea having surveillance cameras in such a place.

Hello 👋 all the room are arround the pool 100 % new and clean 😀 this is the second time here and the hotel is new 👌 everything i like in the room plus it is always no noise when it is not summer and i respect GM's who make 👏 the special rate for Egyptians paying with the Egyptian pounds as the local law in the central bank of egypt 🇪🇬 and the tourism local policy for egyption special rate which i know from 25 years tourism, special thanks & appreciated much .

I liked 👍 everything in the room the bed the light the air-condition & and the minibar which is important for some older people 🤔 but know not all 5 stars hotels filled it at all with this special and clean food & drink products with even no dust on it as many other 5 stars hotels and i know what i am saying exactly, keep in mind this room in new & and everything is 100% clean from the minibar to the smallest thing tell the toilet the switches, etc.
