Excellent location – right in the heart of the city. (10/10) Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. (10/10) Great value for money, especially considering the central location. (8/10) The room was clean and well-maintained. (7/10) The Wi-Fi was generally adequate, though there is room for improvement. (6/10) Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this hotel to visitors looking for an authentic 3-star experience with a spectacular sea view.

Given the hotel's location directly on the city corniche, we expected the room to be more soundproof; however, this was not the case. That said, the noise levels were manageable and did not significantly affect our stay.

The view, the rooms are air conditioned. Worm water and water pressure is good. Having a tv .. near to the railway station facilities and cafes

Rooms needs to have insects blocker on the windows (سلك علي الشباك ) in case I want to open the window for some fresh air without using the Ac or let the fresh air to enter the room as we had hard time to get the wet towels dry to avoid the bad smell Internal phone to contact the staff as the network is very bad The cleaning service is not offering to clean unless you ask for it . Will be better at least to let some one come for the trash Will be better if they offer coffee inside the hotel. Not a full restaurant but at least coffee machine for morning coffee

😅timing to be sure not to be going out or returning between 3 and 5 due to electric cut. Good we were on third floor only 😊

The cleaningness level, the renewing and the regular maintenance of lighting, plumbing fixtures caring are raised ...the cheerful staff as usual..... absolutely the rooms view.

Unfortunately, The change which made suddenly to the breakfast time....the receptionist said to me that It would be at 8 O'clock but when I went to the restaurant on time, the waiter said to me that would be at 8:30 which would cause delay to my departure time so, I asked for a fast cup of fast prepared coffee and I disappointed to hear that there is only tea to drink on the buffet so I left without breakfast.

The view is exceptional and stunning and the staff is friendly and helpful also the location is strategic.

The cleanliness is good and the staff does their best but the quality of the cleaning products needs improvement and the balcony door needs maintenance.

Like finding GOLD in your backyard ! Very Affordable. Exceptional Direct sea view. Very “Polite” & Professional staff. what would you need more in your stay !! Again the customer service guys are not only very professional, but they are well educated & So polite. 10/10. (dear boss, they deserve a raise 😊).

The room is little old but it’s comfortable enough for couple of days.

Staffs are so kind. And this is good location because there are many restaurants,cafes and shops near this hotel.We can take a micro bus soon from this hotel.
