All, this is the third stay for me

The new rule that there is no more stay except family member or if I'm in a business trip with a letter from my company. No friends together No individual stay This is so frustrating for me As I should find another option in Alex for myself, while Green Plaza Inn was a very good choice for me in its location, price, and cleanness.

Friendly and polite people who have been there , location of the hotel is amazing ( inside green plaza mall and near to all places we have to visit such as city center Carffour

The staff was amazing and have a wonderful attitude ( all of them honestly) And the location of the hotel, Plus the size of the rooms was good and comfortable

Great staff, the new rooms are great with a decent interior design, staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The area around the hotel was nice, the green plaza walk is very nice in good weather days you can walk also the area is full of decent people

Team in this Hotel was awesome to me.. I asked questions and I find most of my answers.. actually they helped me with my doctor appointment when I needed.. and ordering my food to be delivered to my room... I took a lot of advices to make my staying easier... I loved their service and I will miss this team... Thank you all

The room needs some maintenance but it's not bad

Well i arrived on Thursday 9/6/2022, i stayed for one night, i checked in at 10 am, luckily my room was ready , i checked in so easily and i went up to my room , The bed was super comfy , i didn't have breakfast , There's Green plaza mall right next to the hotel , I had my cappucino at starbucks there , Actually this hotel is highly recommended for anyone intending to visit Alexandria for a short stay . The room Photos are matching the photos on Booking.com 100% , I totally recommend this hotel :)

Location right next to green plaza. Staff assisted us to store our insulin freeze pack. They took our late check-in with no issue at all. Very very friendly staff.

Staff is amazing.. great location.. a minute walking distance to stores and restaurants.. safe area.. good value

Most rooms have no view. Kind of old linens.. Wi-Fi kept disconnected therefore no tv signal.. no kettle for tea

It has a really great value for those looking for a great place go stay.

So far everything is good, except you can have a better breakfast outside
