I loved location and the food and the facilities.. i would like to shout out and thank from the bottom of my heart Miss Ritaj , Miss Shoruoq from guest relations for their extraordinary support while we had many challenges they were very supportive and they made sure we have a great rest of our stay. I would like to thank Miss Saeeda Saeed from house keeping for her high responsiveness and for keeping our room always super clean.

Some of the front liners need training on how to deal with guests in more respectful manner, management seems absent from the seen when we had major issues and we have requested to meet with any of them and they were not there at all. Beach is dirty and you step into many dirt.. it needs deep cleaning.

The property was amazing I loved the beach front and going to the beach it was very relaxing, Thank you to the young men working at the beach and the pool they gave out of this world services, and also the waiters Serving at the beach are fantastic. I like to thank the young women at the front desk , lovely introduction with them , also Mark who took care of us and our luggage’s , reserved transportation waited with us until we got into the car thank you Mark … the car driver from the hotel company was so polite and drove us around the grounds I think his name was Mohamed thank you Mr Mohamed. Lastly , to all the men and women serving the restaurant, the morning breakfast they were so great and didn’t miss a bit service was top notch they got to know us and met our needs , breakfast was fabulous with so much variety, I hope I didn’t miss any one if I did , thank you all for the hospitality , wonderful and services , I will miss you all and miss Alexandria , I’m going home to Montreal Canada , but will for sure return to see all the beautiful people at Rixos Montaza Much love to all 💗

Rixos was a breakfast inclusive resort about one hour from Borg El Arab Airport. It’s located INSIDE the Montazah Gardens. It’s absolutely gorgeous to be staying inside the gardens and being able to go for a walk whenever you want, and see Tea Island, The Palace, Clock Tower, or just enjoy the greenery and nice weather. It’s about a 5 minute ride from the gate of the Gardens to the hotel. The room is a great size, has a gorgeous shower system, and the beachfront property can’t be beat. The hotel is not large, so it’s amazing to have so much beach property for a smaller number of people. It really feels exclusive and gives a great deal of privacy compared to other resorts. Breakfast was a mix of international and Egyptian cuisine, served until 10:30am. They have a restaurant in the hotel called Turquoise and one right outside called Zanillos (much more affordable). There is a bank ATM inside the hotel as well as another one inside the Montazah Gardens. They also have water activities like jet ski, kayaking, etc. Their equipment is new and the staff is well trained. We had so much fun!!

Sometimes it took a while to get a golf cart to be able to get the the garden gates.

Food was not as expected from rixos quality since we have been loyal guest to rixos in all locations specially sharm elsheikh

The breakfast was good, a lot of varaitties.

My stay at Rixos Montaza was nothing short of exceptional! I want to extend a special thank you to Radwa at the front desk in the Nariman Building for the seamless check-in process and for upgrading one of our rooms. Your hospitality made a great first impression! I also appreciate Jailan from guest relations for following up with me to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. It was great to feel so well cared for. The restaurant and the food were outstanding; every meal was a delight. I will definitely be returning to Rixos Montaza and will choose Rixos hotels wherever I travel. Thank you, Rixos! ♥️

I was there for 3 nights and 4 days and I had the best stay ever, I can't describe how much I love this hotel, or even the super friendly staff all over the facility, I must confess that this is the best hotel I've been to so far, during my stay in Alexandria. Shout-out to Mo'men and Fouad at the Nariman Register disk, they were very helpful, great pools and pool staff, delicious breakfast with variety of food and everything you look for, either Egyptian breakfast or any other type you can make yours XD. And lastly I must say that I have enjoyed the jacuzzi and the Sauna and I loved the idea of it being included, great one, I didn't attempt the evening party because I was tired after all of that swimming in the pools and both beaches. But the the instrument players in the kitchen and main hall, that's another level. Overall, recommended and I will try it again

That time flies too fast without knowing that I have to make a checkout

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The place is beautiful and the staff were generally great. I would like to give special thanks to the housekeeping team — Hassan, Mohamed, and Reda — who were absolutely excellent and very attentive. Also, the food and beverage team, especially Ibrahim, were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was really great, and the breakfast team were extremely helpful and attentive I would also like to thank Mark and his colleague from the golf cart team for their assistance and friendly attitude throughout the stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

However, I believe there is room for improvement in a few areas. The furniture in the bungalow felt below average in terms of quality and comfort. As for the bathroom, although it was clean, it was not well-finished and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. I hope the hotel considers upgrading the furnishings and improving the bathroom facilities to match the otherwise lovely experience.

I had an unforgettable stay at Rixos Al Montazah. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is truly a gem – beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, with outstanding facilities. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for every taste, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was warm, relaxing, and family-friendly. What made the experience truly special, was the exceptional hospitality. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Islam Soliman, whose professionalism, dedication, and genuine care turned our stay into something remarkable. He was always attentive, helpful, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Thanks to him, our vacation was not only comfortable but also memorable in every sense. I highly recommend Rixos Al Montazah to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
