Very clean, new hotel. Lots of staff available. Rooms are large and beautiful. Pool is great and seating by the beach is plentiful and comfortable.

The location was very difficult to find. They say the roads will be better marked in the future but for now it took almost 30 mins just to get from the main road to the entrance. Also they are very particular about having visitors getting past the gate. Having somebody pick you up was a hassle.

Everything starting from the welcome drink I received upon my arrival , till the check out memento.. everyone was so kind , professional .. room was outstanding for me.. beach like a crystal and clean ..

Everything was exceptional, from the front office staff to the DJ. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with most offering views of the pool and beach. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. I would like to extend my special thanks to the front office team, starting with the Manager, Mr. Mohamed Kamal, as well as Mohamed Samy and Ahmed Mohamed. Additionally, the DJ, Hasan Saleh, provided a fantastic playlist that all guests enjoyed. Wael from housekeeping was always available and attentive to my needs. Finally, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Hosam Zahran, for his kindness and exceptional hospitality.

Newly opened so need more activities especially at night Rooms in the family apartments with no keys or lock from inside And the most important entrance only through Marin 7 do not try google map , entry and exit little bit delayed by the chick points

Hotel is brand new, perfect location, great facilities, spacious accommodations and very well designed and furnished. The breakfast buffet was good yet with limited options. The beach is wonderful and the overall location in new alamein is great and very well secured. Staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests. It’s the first tie there yet for sure not the last time

Beach restaurant snacks can be further improved and are very over priced.

My stay was awesome. The staff are very friendly especially Mr. Mohammed Kamal, Soliman, Kyrollos and so is everyone honestly :) Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. The furniture is new and in perfect condition! I would definitely go back and I already recommended it to my family and friends :)👌🏻👌🏻

The location is a bit tricky but they are doing their best to make things easier! However having a car will make life much easier! The beach is rocky!

The whole place is beyond perfection ! Totally above anny expectation and really promising ... thank you BIG TIME for such unique hospitality .... well educated, professional and very polite people ....would definitely visit that place again .... The hotel is new, room are spacious. Swimming pool is good, breakfast is nice with variety of food. Staff are very welcoming. Great access to the beach.

Check in was really late, I arrived at 5pm and i was asked to wait for an extra hour. I got an upgrade but still I was not able to check in till 6PM. There were rush in cleaning the room which resulted in not very clean and wet floors as well

the room was really exceptional!... Mr. Mohamed Samy at the reception was very nice and supportive. the pool is considerably big, and its design puts into consideration the needs for all family members. the beach and sea swim was quite relaxing

the vegetarian breakfast items could have been a bit more, like adding falafel. nevertheless, the fruits' variety was quite nice
