The staff friendliness and the hospitality is top notch. The location of the property, the animation team and the availability of everything around you. The cleanliness of the rooms and the facility. Will definitely come back next year. They also gave us a nice upgrade to a suite with an amazingg view

The rooms require some revamping and slight maintenance.

We visited the hotel in march, unfortunately it wasn’t peak season so everything was closed around the hotel, the pools were empty and seems they were preparing for summer season. The food was limited options but very good quality and staff were extremely friendly. They catered well for Ramadan food timings. One of our rooms was upgraded, the family room was perfect for a family with kids. Very spacious, lovely sea view and balcony. The surrounding area looks like it would very nice in peak season as many shops and restaurants and the marina. There is also a small funfair. It was a shame it’s all closed during this time of year. We are definitely looking forward to returning in peak season. There is a nice play area for kids too. The beach area for the hotel is lovely but it’s not the same waters as the main north coast sea.

Due to off peak season we were looking forward to using indoor pool but it wasn’t heated, the water was extremely cold. This was disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work

Property was well equipped, beds were comfortable, view was very nice, swimming pool was good and clean, beach was very good, breakfast was excellent, All staff are very kind and helpful

Room needs more cleaning, some times bad smell was coming from AC, flys are more in the beach side and inside the restaurant, dinner was not good and not tasty, in dinner time smoke was more inside the restaurant due to grill

We’ve booked direct Sea View room, the view was perfect, the place were quite , room were clean , staff were friendly especially Nour at the reception she highly care about customers !

Food was not the best at the restaurant .

Good location , good food , clean But what was exceptional was the friendly staff. Special thanks to Noor and Eman Samir ( guest relation ) very professional and very responsive In can say that I may visit this hotel again because of these two nice girls

The beach is usually crowded

Hotel family room, was comfortable clean and space fit for family Restaurant staff cooperative and always there for help There are not too many guests, so you feel like you own the facilities 😊

Not all facilities are working, unfortunately Elevator maintenance problem while I was inside and hardly get out of it!

The staff were very helpful, especially Iman. The location of the room was perfect. The activities were very nice and the kids enjoyed it.

There is no access to the open sea beaches or even giving the option to go to the beach with extra fee.

Everything is there. Enjoyable stay!.So many restaurants, cafe, shops,super market, pharmacy, nice private beach, marina, swimming pool. Nice staff specially Noor from front desk.

A bit old furniture.

The place is magical, well secured, recently renovated and it has all the facilities to make it fit the definition of a family friendly location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home , to be honest I haven’t seen that level of cooperation anywhere else in Egypt. The presence of coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants in abundance is a factor that makes the stay here unique. The gym is clean and well equipped for a hotel fitness center and I personally think a 150 LE fee is a very fair price. the family rooms have microwaves ,a big fridge , two new well functioning A.Cs and new comfortable beds. The breakfast and lunch buffets have a variety of food that fit most tastes and the restaurant staff are super cooperative.

the outbreak of flies is a serious problem that can lead to serious health hazards. the magnitude of the problem is huge you can’t stay poolside for more than 10 minutes as the flies are going to bother you you , you can’t eat cold food items outside as the flies are going to feast on them. NB I was promised that they are going to hire professionals to take care of it.

Staff were exceptionally courteous starting with Ahmed Tarek at check in, then Nour fathy from relations, and definitely Mustafa Medany manager of front desk. I remeber their names a month after my return to the US, they went above and beyond to make my family's stay comfortable and memorable . Hotel amenities were a beautiful masterpiece and food was great. Staff at the restaurant were super hard working and courteous

I expected busy! This is a super busy resort for obvious reasons. It is a beautiful and populous resort with many restaurants and stores, but if you are looking for quiet or serenity then you may not be comfortable. Also no open sea beach, just on a lake, but you can stay their and go to the opem sea beach elsewhere on the north coast
