My stay was super amazing , hotel location was perfect, room was very neat and clean ( many thanks to Medhat Salem and his team ) , Restaurant staff and Food variety. That was my first stay in Al Alamein Hotel and it will not be the last time ,I will definitely repeat that stay again and again. As person who has stayed in many hotels in more than 30 countries, it was BY FAR the best hotel I have stayed in. We had a dream holiday from the first moment we entered the hotel until the moment we checked out. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were sooo delicious. The sea and the pool were perfect. The staff at the reception was very helpful and smiling. I have never seen that kind of sincere hospitality in other hotels. I guess they call this “REAL EGYPTIAN HOSPITALITY”. All the staff at the hotel did their best to for our needs at all times. I understood from the smiles in their eyes that they do their work with great love. I will definitely go again. I had a minor jetski accident and had trouble walking the first day. General Manager Mr. Omar,saw me at breakfast, he helped me by saying "please don't get tired, we will help you". it's hard to see such thoughtful and helpful people together in the same place. I would like to say BIG THANKS to General Manager Mr. Omar, who made us feel like at home. And also Thank you all hotel staff, Mr.Gendy, Mr. Metwally and the other staff whose names I can't remember. IT WAS PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR MY FAMILY. DEFINETLY We will come back again 🤍 🤍👏🏻

I recently celebrated my birthday at a stunning beach resort. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, decorating my room with beautiful flowers and surprising me with a delicious birthday cake. The beach itself was a sight to behold, with crystal-clear waters and pristine sands. Despite being a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The resort's amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable. I had a fantastic four-day getaway and would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

My booking was in Alalamin hotel but unfortunately they send me on wattsapp that they have last minute maintenance from 12 April to 16 April and my booking will in Adress marasi golf resort Eemar group. I have no choice !!! Adress invited us for dinner because of this .

Adress hotel staff very friendly and the reception, service ,cleaning room . Breakfast was wonderful. I recommend this hotel . I would thank Waad and Mohammed reception. And Medo from service.

The breakfast and food is extremey delicious ! Although they lack the variety. But its so tasty that you dont get bored of it :) The beach is very clean and they have a special car to clean the beach Th staff are very friendly and very helpful they just try to do their best to help us. and they dont let you feel that you have to tip them ( which is cery annoying elsewhere in this country )! There is a padel court and playground including table tennis and pool

The room is VERY VERY SMALL ! You cannot have to people pass at one time ( yes it is that small ) The pool is small aldo with no view of sea

Where do I start?!!! I would like to extend my grattitude to every person that was in our way from the airport pick up to our checkout. Every staff we met was courteous, pleasant, and friendly (مو غريب عليكم ومن طيب أصلكم). Thank you for making out stay worthwhile. Everyone was always ready to help, I can't remeber everyone's names but here it goes: Saber, Metwali, Tawfiq, Mohammed & Mohammed (housekeeping), Tony (beach), Dina (reception), all the club car drivers, and all car service drivers. سامحونا لو احنا قصرنا معاكم

A little personal, but the pillows were a little too light/thin, the mattress and duvet were perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alamein Hotel in Alamein, Egypt with my 78-year-old mother, and we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea to the exceptional service, the Alamein exceeded all of our expectations, thanks to Ahmed Sayed who ensured our room was the best for a 78 years old lady, my mother. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, sparkling pools, and elegant architecture that perfectly complements the seaside setting. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and outfitted with all the modern amenities one could want. The housekeeping staff, led by the wonderful Ahmed, ensured our room was kept in pristine condition throughout our stay. The view from our room was just breathtaking. The food at the Alamein was absolutely delightful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, where Bebo's omelets were the perfect start to each day. The attentive service from Sayed during our morning meals was also greatly appreciated, as he made sure my mother was comfortable and well taken care of. For dinner, we dined at the Origens restaurant on the property, and were impressed by the diverse menu, creative dishes, and beautiful seaside views. The staff, led by the charming Ismail, provided impeccable service and made us feel right at home. When my mother needed to see a doctor, the hotel's staff swiftly arranged for Dr. Mustafa to visit our room. He was professional, thorough, and provided excellent care, which gave us great peace of mind. The true standout of the Alamein, however, was the staff. From the groundskeepers to the restaurant servers to the front desk, every single employee we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The supervisor at Origens, Youssef, was particularly noteworthy, as he personally checked in on us multiple times to make sure all our needs were met.

Best location & hospitality it deserve 7 🌟 hotel & i would thank Mr. Ahmed Sabri, supervisor of the reservations for the great treatment & offering best options available with best rates ! I hope to see him general manager in the future. I strongly recommend to stay in ALALAMEIN HOTEL. Laundry service was very fast & super clean. Food was delicious either in room dining or outdoor restaurant. Well trained staff. Thank you ! Will visit again !
