I visited Casa Cook on September 21 and stayed for three days. I must say, I have been to many five-star hotels and resorts in my lifetime, and hands down, this was THE BEST one. I genuinely have not a single bad thing to say about my experience here. The staff were professional, polite, and extremely helpful, especially at night, as we arrived quite late and had a smooth check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! On the last day, I had my breakfast at the beach, and they were so flexible with my wishes, which was incredibly relaxing for me. The breakfast had an exceptional variety, especially for someone with allergies. 😂 The location and private beach are amazing, making it a great place to relax; you can easily access Lemon Tree and Galambo. I’d definitely visit Casa Cook again next summer, and I am now planning to go to Elgiuna at their resort too, because I can assure you that you would enjoy your time there—10/10! a relaxing escape with beautiful interiors and a friendly atmosphere, nice simple interiors that reflect a chic and cozy bohemian style, featuring earthy tones, comfortable furnishings, and an overall aesthetic that invites relaxation. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, making you feel right at home.

the hotel does not provide concierge services, which might come as a surprise given its status as one of the most expensive hotels in the area.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued guests. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. When you go to the beach or lagoon it's nice. The food is good and the golf carts are always available.

Major ac problem, the fan is too too high and isn't fixable. Pictures are completely wrong so don't depend on them, and the hotel isn't directly on the beach on need a cart to go.

Very nice and unique experience the location is just right , all the staff were amazing Ahmad , Mina sameh and special thanks to Islam , will stay there again for sure

The only thing they can work on is to have a separate gate for hotel residence as coming in specially on the weekends and after 9:30 is a hassle

First i would like to thank the manger Mr. Emad and Mr. ESlam who were very professional, respectful and helpful. i cant forget Ahmad tobky. I spent 10 lovely days in this wonderful hotel. Perfect for every thing ! The Best hotel in north cost ! Nice area, lovely staff. the beach is amazing . I would like to also thank Ahmad, Rajab & Mina, Mohamed , Hussam, Hani Fadi, Sobhi Aiman & Zahran for the Great food and service. i will definitely be back.
