My stay was super amazing , hotel location was perfect, room was very neat and clean ( many thanks to Medhat Salem and his team ) , Restaurant staff and Food variety. That was my first stay in Al Alamein Hotel and it will not be the last time ,I will definitely repeat that stay again and again. As person who has stayed in many hotels in more than 30 countries, it was BY FAR the best hotel I have stayed in. We had a dream holiday from the first moment we entered the hotel until the moment we checked out. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were sooo delicious. The sea and the pool were perfect. The staff at the reception was very helpful and smiling. I have never seen that kind of sincere hospitality in other hotels. I guess they call this “REAL EGYPTIAN HOSPITALITY”. All the staff at the hotel did their best to for our needs at all times. I understood from the smiles in their eyes that they do their work with great love. I will definitely go again. I had a minor jetski accident and had trouble walking the first day. General Manager Mr. Omar,saw me at breakfast, he helped me by saying "please don't get tired, we will help you". it's hard to see such thoughtful and helpful people together in the same place. I would like to say BIG THANKS to General Manager Mr. Omar, who made us feel like at home. And also Thank you all hotel staff, Mr.Gendy, Mr. Metwally and the other staff whose names I can't remember. IT WAS PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR MY FAMILY. DEFINETLY We will come back again 🤍 🤍👏🏻

The beach is the best thing here, the view of the sea was spectacular from the balcony, I liked the food, and the staff were friendly. (The season to visit is from mid June to September according to the locals here where everything is open)

Most of the facilities (especially outdoors) were closed during our stay, due to renovation and apparently May is not the best month to stay here (I think in the whole city too). It's not the season yet, according to the people here. There was only one open restaurant, and it was fully packed as it was hard to find a proper table, unfortunately, the service was slow, and sometimes they forgot to bring your order if you didn't remind them about it from time to time, even when we ordered at the beach for drinks.

The beach at this hotel is pristine! It is breathtaking and beautiful. You have great staff out at the beach and found good service from house keeping and the employees at the buffet and spa.

My first evening was not enjoyable. I was there when there was construction going on at seaside restaurant. When I went to sit out at the balcony to enjoy the ocean and hear the waves, I just heard loud saws and hammering that went late into the evening. It was extremely frustrating considering I had just traveled 15 hours and for the amount I paid to stay 3 nights i was hoping for a premium experience. I understand that improvements need to be made- but at the price point I paid- it was not justifiable. Thankfully the sawing had reduced by the 2nd and 3rd night. I believe a discount is in order for any guests that stay during construction.

I absolutely loved my stay, the rooms were spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

The only downside was the ongoing construction work near the beach throughout my stay. It slightly disrupted the view and was a bit noisy. I just wish we had been informed about it beforehand.

I recently celebrated my birthday at a stunning beach resort. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, decorating my room with beautiful flowers and surprising me with a delicious birthday cake. The beach itself was a sight to behold, with crystal-clear waters and pristine sands. Despite being a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The resort's amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable. I had a fantastic four-day getaway and would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

My booking was in Alalamin hotel but unfortunately they send me on wattsapp that they have last minute maintenance from 12 April to 16 April and my booking will in Adress marasi golf resort Eemar group. I have no choice !!! Adress invited us for dinner because of this .

Adress hotel staff very friendly and the reception, service ,cleaning room . Breakfast was wonderful. I recommend this hotel . I would thank Waad and Mohammed reception. And Medo from service.

ALALAMEIN HOTEL is awesome ,fantastic,room is very clean,breakfast woderful, great location,EXCELLENT SERVICE,the MANAGER AND Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay making it really enjoyable. ALALAMEIN HOTEL make guests feel valued and relaxed and the important thing HAPPY. Really they must have a logo ( WHERE HAPPINESS LIVES).
