I had work in the industrial zone and the hotel is in the center of Borg El Arab which was great for me because it toke only 5 minutes by car to reach the factory I had work with and 15 minutes by walking only I recommend the hotel if you want to reach the factories too quick especially if you are staying for a few and have work every day you talk your quick breakfast and reach the industrial area in only a few minutes also after I finish work I take a quick swim in the swimming pool sometimes early the hotel really have a very big swimming clean and very clean pool. The room is very clean and great air conditioning. The staff is very professional

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay in Royal NJ Hotel the room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and above all the hotel location is in the center of Borg El arab and it was very easy to find transportation and a big hyper market is 5 minutes from the hotel which have everything. I had work in the first industrial zone and I walked 10 minutes from hotel which is very near to everything. I recommend the hotel for the closeness to industrial zone and transient passengers as the airport is only 10 minutes by car.

Very close to the airport, big parking lot. Good breakfast. Service in the morning during breakfast was very good, female employees did their best to let my family to enjoy a nice morning.

When we arrived from the airport in the middle of the night, the rooms were cold, and the temperature was below 15 degrees (end of December). Also rooms already are old and in my opinion they were overpriced, comparing what you could get for the similar price.

Nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and staff is very good at their work and well trained.😀👍 I unable to recall the names of the people who were there during our stay but yes best wishes to them all. I had a late flight with my family and We arrived very late at night but everything went very smoothly and our rooms was reserved as some hotels When you arrive late they cancel reservation but they were professional with us and contacted with me through booking.com messages Which make Royal NJ Hotel professional with the follow up with the guests.

The staff is professional and very good they arranged a shuttle for me to go to airport with good price and the breakfast was very good and fresh and one of the best thing is the airport is 10 minutes from hotel which is very comfortable and fast to arrive I recommend the hotel for all transit passengers and I also enjoy a quick swim in the swimming pool.
