The animation team was good both the swimming pool and the aqua park were great and the staff were great too

The towels were not clean and the beach needed more services

The food was very good and there was a big variety which they were changing everyday contrary to some reviews I had read before I went there, the staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean and didn't have a bad smell as some said in some reviews too, also the pool not salty it's a normal pool.

My problem was that the beach was not clean enough and the toilet wasn't good enough on the beach, the night parties were so traditional, I was hoping to hear some English music or see a fire show or something but I didn't, also the toilet in the reception wasn't clean enough so I hope they care more about that point, i know that the mosquito at the night or the flys at the morning on the pool wasn't there fault but it was so annoying, but overall I didn't expect that I will enjoy that much so thank u

The location is very good , resturant serving delicious food ,familiar mood and kindly staff

nothing except the swimming pool captain (name captain Pheroone) he is very aggressive and not professional also get the kids out of the swimming pool in a very bad way while I am not around to obligate them to wear a swimming cap while they don’t have. the other guys around the swimming pool and aqua park are very nice and cooperative. I made a complain at the reception and the hotel manager to that guy and I don’t think I will go again because of that.

although the room was clean but need some maintenance specifically in electrical lights and bathroom shower. The beach is far and need more and more facilities

friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping workers also are helpful, pools are good, aqua park is small but it is ok for kids, food is good (breakfast and dinner) I liked specially the salads buffet, hotel decoration and furnitur are nice, in general I enjoyed my accomodation there, I may repeat it.

Although the cleanliness of the rooms, they are very tight, shower booth is very small, terraces are too small, the beach needs more caring.

The hotel is very good with a respectable stuff, hotel is clean, prepare tasty food, good aqua park, beach is so good but far from the hotel a little bit.
