All of the staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially Essmat,the hotel manager and Shady, the front desk manager. The pool is very nice. The food was very good. There was very good water pressure and lots of hot water. The hotel is a bit remote but that is nice to get away from the city noise. There were two different night weddings when I stayed there and the music was loud but stopped at 11 PM so people could sleep. The weddings were beautiful and the setting behind the hotel is very attractive.

My only complaint was with the WiFi. When I got there it was not working. Several hours later it was working but it would not work sporadically after that and sometimes when it was working it was running slow.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to assist no matter what time of the day it was 24/7. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the floors mopped daily. Room service was second to none … highly recommended hotel for a very competitive and reasonable price. You get more than what you pay for…

The only downside was the location, as it was quite difficult to get to by Uber Drivers, however the first class service from the hotel made up for that quite easily, and was worth it 100%.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay .first I like to thank Mr diaa a receptionist very kind person. He made out stay pleasant .my wife and my son only visit Egypt and we choose this hotel .they live there 3 nights Mr diaal also arrange for my family texi and well maners and good behaviour driver . Good value, good selection on the room service menu, nice staff, looked like the pictures.

Some tiny signs that the building was old, small bits of water damage on the bottom of some walls. We ordered nachos twice, using the room service and they we're different the second time we ordered them, the first ones had the usual nacho toppings but the second ones had sweet chili sauce and cheese, also they don't come in a big bowl, they come in 6-8 pieces, our first order had 8 pieces and the second time had 6 pieces. also the mozzarella+tomato+pesto bruschettas had green bell peppers instead of pesto

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

Such a nice staff! Everybody try’s his best to give us a comfort Stay. Especially Mr. Dias, who was a very nice person and manage us everything very well. He has done everything in his hands to make every wish possible for us! The bed were very comfortable an the restaurant was tasty!

The hotel is dat away from restaurants and the area is quite empty. Lg

The stay was very pleasant, especially 5 stars for their services, we had to leave early for the airport so they provided us full loaded breakfast before the usual time and that too the food was sent directly to our rooms. ♥️ we reached at 7pm, the swimming pol time was up, but they allowed us an additional hour for the swimming pool. ♥️

sauna and jacuzzi had extra charges!

The location is close to burg al arab airport and the suite was very spacious and newly renovated the A/Cs were working fine and they offered complementary breakfast and it tasted really good and finally the staff were really friendly and wanted to help as much as they could. Would Highly recommend if the remote location doesn't bother you.

The location was far away from everything, also far from Alexandria. and Uber is hard to reach the place and takes some time.

The property has very hospitable staff, the facilities are nice and spacious.

Just maybe the floors are cold and there are no slippers for visitors, perhaps some kind of mats or rugs in some sections of the rooms and slippers for the bath would be great. otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Very clean hotel with cozy settings. Excellent food with very reasonable prices. Great for a calm short vacation.

Only the pool needed warming system as almost no one could stay more than 15 minutes inside due to cold water
