Fantastic Hotel by the Sea! I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, offering stunning views of the clear blue waters directly from your room. The private beach is clean and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Although I didn’t have any meals at the hotel, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities you might need. The decor is elegant and simple with a touch of luxury. Additionally, the pool by the sea was a great bonus, where you can swim while enjoying the breathtaking views. The hotel’s proximity to the sea makes for a serene and relaxing stay, away from any noise. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet and luxurious place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely consider coming back!

The Front office Staff ( Hussam , Rafiq ) were very collaborators and have a sense of hospitality . The Porto marina market has a good variety of restaurants and a good attractions for kids .

One small thing Not related to Porto Marina it’s related to Marina management they should provide a clear procedure to let Marina ‘s Tenants be able to enter others Marina area such as 4 , 5 especially after the beach closed@7:30 pm to be able to enjoy with others spots “Marina walk”

One of the most wonderful vacations I spent on the North Coast - Alexandria. I have booked the room i dealt with Mr. Khaled Fawzi, and he impressed me with his excellent manners and very good reception. He gave me an upgrade for services and a room with a direct sea view, even though the reservation was with a pool view for free. He works very well to satisfy all customers and provide complete comfort and enjoy the summer vacation to the fullest.

The staff were very friendly, always there to help you, checking on you daily to make sure if you have any problems, the view is amazing specially if you took a high floor apartment

First of all you have to know that place the apartments are rented from different people and the hotel is managing it in terms of cleaning and so, so they all differs in furniture quality prospective, most of them are really old we had to move to a different unite cuz of the AC was not working, and the second one the stove wasn’t working but I don’t like moving so I dealt with it, it’s not worth of the money tbh, the gym is really outdated and rusty but what makes it useful again the staff.

Checked in a bit late as AC were not properly working, so started my staying after 4;30 pm. Receptionist said you can check out a bit late as a compensation. I was not really planning to do so, but on departure my driver was trapped in traffic and was a bit late till 1:00 pm, the receptionist called me saying you are late to leave and you have to move now, I explained the situation; they checked me in late and I am waiting for my driver with 4 kids with me then they said you need to leave and come and wait in reception. My driver - very luckily - arrived in few minutes later so spared me an un needed debate.

I like the place in general, the staff was very friendly especially Mr. Khaled (Thanks a lot) from the reception, I received a call in a daily basis from Reception staff to make sure that my stay is comfortable, the reception staff already attended all my requests in a professional way " Special Thanks". I would recommend the place to my Friends, and I am going to stay again and again.

the customer service was excellent, Mr Khaled was friendly, gave us a free upgrade and allowed us to have a late check out. He ensured our stay was pleasant and welcoming. We went in end of October, so it was nice and peaceful, a little bit cold but still warm enough to enjoy the lake beach. Given the price, it was very good value for money.
