The hotel is very good located, it is only 20 min walk to Old Market and Farsha Cafe. The sea is wonderful, it was clean and you can swim with different kinds of fishes. As we flight at night, we reached the hotel at 4 am, they gave us the room at 8:30, it was quiet good but I expected them to give the room earlier because I know they had empty rooms. Our first room was very old and not clean enough. We told about it to the reception and they immediately changed our room. The new room was perfect according to other room. We stayed in 3029, the view of room was fantastic. Although the rooms need to be renovated, our new room was comfortable for us. The beach was clean and sunbeds was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly, accept the guy in the Veranda Bar. The foods was enough, the breakfast was weak but we could find enough to eat, omlette cheese vs but the variety of bread in the breakfast is scarce. The lunch and dinner has much more variety. They gave us a gift dinner which included sea food plate. It was delicious. They allowed us late check out at 3 pm. After check out they allowed us to use the hotel facilities. The variety of alcohol was medium. Although the taste of wine was good, wine served warm, nearly hot. This was the most disturbing thing about the drinks. In the beach bar you can find only beer, the variety can be wide in the beach bar. The cocktail are not perfect. About the hotel the most important thing for us; we never waited in the queue for something. We were very comfortable in the dinner and in the bars while getting food or drinks. We easily find sunbeds although we go to the beach late.The staff in the restaurant tried to do the best to serve quickly. They served ice cream and cold coffee, it was good.The elevator worked perfectly to the beach.

The coldness of the wine could be much better. The some of the rooms should be renovated. The staff in the beach started to clean and fix the sunbeds at 17:00, it was disturbing because it was the most beautiful time of the day to enjoy the beach and sunsets. We chose the last sunbeds in the beach inorder not to effect from the noises of the fixing sunbeds. They can straighten the sunbeds later around 18:00-19:00

For the 2nd time we chose this hotel and we have seen that it was a very right choice :) First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ahmet at the reception, he helped us for early check-in and also arranged the room we stayed two years ago for us, his kindness and smiling face made us happy from the first moment we entered the hotel. The cleaning was excellent, not only the room cleaning but also the general cleaning of the hotel, pool, beach and towels. The food was tremendously beautiful and sufficient in variety. We would like to thank Eslem Tag, one of the restaurant chefs, for his interest in us. We would also like to thank Mahmoud Waheed and Hazem for their interest and friendship. Love and thanks to the whole team for making my boyfriend's birthday celebration unforgettable. We would like to say a special thank you to the animation team. We are grateful to the animation team chief Mohamed, John, Alex for the fun dances and organizations. We had a lot of fun. The proximity of the beach, the beauty of the sea, the accessibility of the pools, the bars and restaurants in every area are exactly the way to make guests happy. We will come again and stay in this hotel and even in the same room :)

Everything was perfect

This was our fourth stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ramadan and Mr. Ahmed Khaled at the reception, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made our entire family feel truly welcome and cared for. We would also like to commend the staff at the sea view restaurant, the attentive room service team, and the helpful porter who assisted with our luggage. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their constant smiles and positive attitude created a genuinely warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. What we love most about this hotel, alongside its consistently warm hospitality, is its private beach, conveniently located right within the hotel grounds. It makes for a truly stress-free, all-in-one holiday. The beach is beautiful and offers a great opportunity to admire the stunning marine life of the Red Sea. We had another fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite place in Sharm El Sheikh!

The room was clean, spacious, the furniture and the decoration was kind of old, but good quality. The territory was very nice, and the most fascinating was the view above the sea and the mountains, as the hotel is situated on the edge of a rock. The mosque on the same bay added Egyptian vibe to the atmosphere. The beach is situated under the hotel, you can easily go there using a lift. The beach itself pretty crowded and not very cozy, but ok. And there were nice reefs around for snorkeling. The personal was very polite and helpful, special thanks for Mr Sabry - reservation manager, Ramadan - reception supervisor, and Irina - guest relations🤗

The food was typical for Egyptian all inclusive hotels - the same Ingrid but in different states, and the in general pretty fat, fried, a lot of sweets, etc. We ate the limited number of dishes. Anyway, you can find meals for your taste.

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Red Sea, with a clean and beautiful beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly — special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ramadan at reception for providing us with a lovely family room with a great view. The restaurant serves good-quality food, though the variety is limited. Service is excellent, especially from Chef Islam. There’s also a nice evening entertainment program for children. Overall, the hotel’s strongest points are its staff and the stunning view.

The main drawbacks are the old furniture and the lack of food variety, despite the good taste.

We would like to praise our thanks and gratitude to all of the Pikalbatros crew, starting from the overwhelming welcoming to the unforgettable stay. The place is such an exceptional piece of art. Sight scenes are amazing and enjoyable. Reception front desk crew and their heartfelt welcome, the keen of all the staff in the restaurant and Bars to make you feel home and contained. Variety of food and beverages. I would like to thank Pikalbatros' management for their unforgettable compliment for a special romantic dinner. The beach is well organized where you can find all of the entertainments around. Animation team was good, we expect more, keep it up. Nothing at all..

I am delighted that I chose Pickalbatros for our long-awaited trip to Sharm El Sheikh, especially since it was the first time for my kids. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Initially, I selected the hotel on Booking.com for its location, but now, if I book it again, it will be because of the outstanding hospitality provided by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and despite arriving on the last day of Ramadan, right before breaking fast, the hotel graciously arranged for our dinner and drinks in advance, making us feel incredibly welcome. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Special mention goes to Mr. Ramadan from the reception team and Mr. Mahmoud from the restaurant, along with the entire restaurant team, including the chefs and staff, who were always ready to help and showered us with their greetings and care. I also enjoyed the spa massage service, thanks to Ms. Yara. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for giving my family a memorable vacation and cherishing our love for Sharm El Sheikh.

The location of Albatros Sharm Resort is perfect. You can walk to the Old town if you want. Or you can spend your time at the hotel. The staff are extremely accommodating. We arrived at the hotel around 3 am, and they ensured the check-in process was smooth and quick. They also arranged to send us some cold cuts in case we were late for breakfast the following day. The food at the restaurant is always nice. Also, you have a nice view of the bay. Most importantly we asked for late check out, not only they accommodated our request but it was offered to us complimentary.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!

I had some negative thoughts on hotels in Sharm in general before coming to Sharm and staying in this hotel for 5 nights. The location was close to the city center even by walking. The whole staff, the animation team, guys at the reception, all of them were so sweet, kind and helpful. The beach, the spacious room and the balcony... I liked everything! Wish I could stay more! <3 The complimentary dinner was amazing, if you got all inclusive package, do not skip it, it's amazing! I even tried yoga and bachata here at this hotel for the first time in my life thanks to the animation team, haha

Taste of food is quite different in Egypt - not just in the hotel- from what we have in Turkey. Personally I didn't make it a big problem but if you're a foodie and coming from Turkey, it can make you really sad. But the hotel so many choices, so you won't starve don't be scared and do not consider any of those negative comments. Cocktails can be better. Thank god I'm a beer person but tried cocktail once and did not like it at all.
