My wife and I had two great weeks. This is a 3-star hotel, and we had more than what we expected. I would like to thank all the staff. They were amazing, and you can easily understand from the comments. It's a late comment, so ı forgot some names. Reseption staff, Ala, Abdullah, and Natali... Very helpful. For cleaning, Ahmet was very kind to us and entertained us with different types of towel shapes. And their team leader, Hassem, was very friendly and always in control. The entertainment team, Disha, and the other 2 guys, always welcoming. I forgot the names of all the Restaurant staff, but they were great as well. And special thanks to the pool bar team. Ibrahım Abdullah and especially my man SAID :)) He is a great guy. The hotel is not on the beach, but they have a private beach and you can use a free shuttle almost 5- 6 times a day. Even if you want, you can walk. İt takes around 15 minutes. The beach is over the rocks. If you are not a good swımmer, it's not for you. Because you use the leaders over the rocks and directly find yourself between sharp rocks and reefs. But even with simple equipment, you will see lovely reefs and colorful fish. You can use the beach for free, but for food and drinks, you should pay. breakfast... Not great, but ok. No olives :) Lunch and dinner are good. They always have beef, chicken, and fish. Not many choices, but you can always find something very delicious to eat. The pool bar is open from 11:00 to 23:00. The quality of alcoholic drinks is not the best :) But this is about the country, not about the hotel. You can find common, simple cocktails.

What I really appreciated was the variety of the food and its quality and freshness. The staff was just extraordinary and outstanding, specifically Tarek from the Maintenance - super warm, kind man. I have never seen such dedication to guests and enthusiasm for the original and funny towel folding mastery in my life. Rooms were cleaned every day. The pool bar staff was friendly and relaxed, spreading a good vibe. Furthermore, when I had got sick at the end of our stay, and I was really not able to do anything, the staff managed to bring a special lunch for the sick one to the hotel room. A giant bowl of broth with vegetables and meat, plain rice, and fruits. I really had a feeling I was taken care of and I got improved! Splendid!

Occasionally, the communication between reception and us was a bit ineffective. Partner asked to bring an extra bottle of water and get our fridge re-filled with the sodas. Three times we received the answer “OK, No problem”, but the next and the other day, the fridge was still empty. Otherwise, everything else was great, and the reception staff was very helpful too!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We arrived very late but agreed with them late check-in, and everything went very smooth. Special kudos for the reception team, they were amazing. Facilities were very comfortable. The pools were very clean and well maintained, and water temperature was perfect. there are 3 pools with different depths, so it is family/kids friendly. Music was not loud, it stopped at 11PM so there was no problem with sleep. Animation team was very nice and active, but not pushy, so great job there. Team on the bar was great, they learned all guests and their favorite drinks very fast, and were always smiling and pleasant. Restaurant was good, it took some time to get used to oriental spices, but there was always some continental food available. Also, they always tried to make guests feel very welcome with special treats (drinks, birthday cake...) Resort private beach is 3 minutes away via shuttle bus, driver was always on time and smiling :) Beach was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable beach chairs. Lifeguards take very good attention on every guest, since water entrance is deep. There was plenty of fishes swimming very near the shore, so it was also good place for snorkeling.

Be aware of mosquitos, close your doors at evening/night (staff is spraying the resort against mosquitos every 2 days). We didn't, so we woke up with 80+ bites next morning, but that's our fault :) Cleaning was good, but there is room for improvement (our balcony wasn't cleaned at all during our stay). Furniture is somewhat old, but functional. Food could be a bit more diverse, and descriptions of local food could be added. It happened a lot of times we had no idea what was being served, but every time we asked we got good explanation. Especially for meat food, because a lot of time when we were expecting beef, it turned out to be lamb :) Snacks could be improved GREATLY, we had twice piece of bread with slice of cheese/salami.

Internet access/WLAN is a must for every guest who is not from Egypt in order to share the experiences in Sharm and communicate with family and the World. I think i paid 20$ to have access for 1 device but with 0% connectivity in our appartement. So had to purchase Egyptian SIM for me and my family, which was really good.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was traveling with my 5-year-old who is a picky eater. Without me asking, they approached us and offered to provide different food options for her. They ensured that there was something for her at every lunch and dinner, making her feel special throughout our stay. They even provided fruits and snacks for her to take back to our room. The cleaner was amazing as well; he made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, and the location was ideal for the holiday I had been looking forward to. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the entertainment team was fantastic with my daughter!

The food was repetitive, but overall, it was good.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything was calm, clean, and beautiful — just the way a vacation should be. Special thanks to the reception team: Mahmoud, Ahmed, and Alaa — they were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable!

At first the air conditioning at the reception was off then a day later they turned it on! I hope it stays that way

The resort at a quality level, services correspond to the standard. AI program nice and very varied. The room is large, spacious, well located. Daily cleaning service + refilling of water. Fine hotel beach with the wooden pier nearby, free shuttle bus 7 times a day.

Hotel's internet only in the lobby, slow and unreliable. Managers, wake up! It's the 21st century and internet should be fast, free and available throughout the resort!

Amazing stay at Sharm Reef. The food was out of this world - everything we tasted was simply delicious. Compliments to the chefs! The drinks (wine, beer) were also good which is not always the case in all inclusive resorts. The resort is gorgeous, the pools, the gardens, everything. The New Year's Eve dinner and party they put on were awesome! We had a great time and we would love to come back.

The second room in the family suite could do with some sound-proofing. It is a room that has only one old door which is the main door so it was a bit noisy (it may be because our suite was next to the restaurant). Also, the resort could do a bit more effort to stop using so much single-use plastic (e.g plastic cups at the bar). I'm aware they do this only when normal glasses are running out quickly, but it creates so much waste. Finally they could look into organising a proper kids club for a couple of hours in the morning. This would give parents some respite to use other services like the spa or excursions. Anyway these are just tips to improve the resort - we had a great time despite all this.

I had an absolutely incredible experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views, and easy access to "Old Souk, Farsha Café, Zahaba Mosque...". From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive specially "Haytham", ensuring every detail of my stay was flawless. The room was beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and impeccable cleanliness. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, with delicious meals and a wonderful ambiance. The hotel also boasts fantastic amenities like a [pool/spa], making it the ideal destination for relaxation or adventure. Overall, "Sharm Reef Hotel" exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.

We recently stayed at Sharm Reef Hotel, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, especially for the great price! The value for money here is fantastic. Mahmoud at the reception was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and quick. He was always available to help with any questions or recommendations throughout our stay. The restaurant floor and kitchen team were fantastic. The food was always fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great variety. Chef Samir and his staff did an incredible job, always smiling and ready to provide an unforgettable dining experience. We must give special recognition to Ashraf and Hossam, who made every meal a delight. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. They were attentive without being intrusive, remembering our preferences. They are a credit to the restaurant and made our stay at the hotel even more memorable. The bar staff, Ibrahim, Sayed, and Mohamed, were equally impressive with their creative cocktails and friendly service. Always smiling and joking with guests, they made the atmosphere incredibly pleasant. Sayed at the Beach Bar deserves special mention for his professionalism and warm personality, which created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. He ensured everything ran smoothly and always took the time to check in with guests, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Sayed's leadership and attention to detail made the beach bar a highlight of our stay! A special thanks to Islam, Sabah, and Omar. It was always a delight to chat with them, and those moments added a fun touch to our days. Professional and friendly, we will definitely miss our conversations. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, comfort, and affordability at this hotel. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!
