Amazing place, we are so sad to leave. We felt like at home staff are amazing always there to help us very kind and caring. Beach amazing coral reefs stunning hotel lovely and the food was amazing and with such a variety! Special thank you to the manager of the restaurant Ashra and Osaka Salah. They made sure our vegan diet requirements were respected we have eaten very well. We hade customised menu for us we were also able to have a late check out ❤️thank you for everything we will be back soon!

Everything was perfect

I had the most wonderful time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt at home. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The resort was always spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, showing their commitment to providing an excellent experience. And let's not forget the food – it was absolutely delicious, with Creative Food Presentation and the service was impeccable. During my stay at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort, I was truly enchanted by the beauty of the beach. It was not just nice, but stunningly picturesque. The crystal-clear waters beckoned me, and I was in for an absolutely wonderful snorkeling experience. The underwater world was a vibrant tapestry of colors, with a diverse array of marine life. It felt like I was swimming in an aquatic paradise, surrounded by schools of colorful fish and fascinating coral formations. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Jordian, the Assistant Guest Manager, whose attention to detail and genuine care made my stay extra special. And a big thank you to Mr. Magdy for his outstanding cleaning and room service – his dedication to keeping everything pristine didn't go unnoticed. My time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort was beyond amazing, thanks to the staff who made me feel like part of the family. We like traveling and we tried too many hotels either in sharm Elsheikh or other countries, so I can fully compare and say that Safir resort really is the winner and exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay very much while everything was almost perfect (even we extended it to another 5 days). Very nice staff and employees, all without exceptions are very respected friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Ebrahim Naeim manager, and all the reception team with their fast helpful service (especially Mohamed abd Elghany, Abd Elrahman). Excellent location, clean pools and helpful staff (especially Mostafa who was delivering towels as he helped us many times) Clean rooms with organized and high quality cleaning service (big thanks to Masood). Nice and very tasty food varieties with too many choices (we were at all inclusive package), professional and friendly staff members especially Ashraf, Ramy, Fatma, and all others (just I can’t remember all names) without exception were really very friendly helpful and nice. In general I fully recommend Safir to any one searching for the perfect resort that is above expectations with high value quality services.

Nothing (Everything was almost perfect)

Very big and beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. A lovely reef that you could easily see with the snorkel . Mister Jordian was really helpful, kind and sympathetic. He was always there asking if everything was ok. Monir was really available and was always watching out if everything was ok in our room. Every day he left us a towel sculpture over the bed, it was very nice and he was very kind and polite. Overall, the food is really good and was able to please everyone, including italians that are hard to please.

Unfortunately the main pool is under renovation so we weren’t able to use it. Another thing that the hotel could improve on is the animators, most of them were focused on the russians and there were not so many activities.

Jordian is the best hosts, make it like a VIP stay. We also completed the PADI dive certification 1 min walk from our room with Islam or Aqua Fun, amazing dove center. Will definitely be coming back here.

My 17-year-old son and I spent a week at this brilliant hotel and had a blast! The professionalism and charm of the staff immediately stood out—they went out of their way to assist. The waiters and bar staff were fantastic, always ensuring drinks were topped up, especially beer or cocktails! The food was very good, excellent selection with 2 restaurants to go with the main buffet area. The beach was great, and staff always found us a sunbed, no matter how busy it was. The jetty offers snorkeling, swimming, and diving, with incredible coral and marine life. We did an introductory dive with 'Uncle Ali' from Aqua Fun Diving—it was superb. The staff made us feel completely safe, and their expertise is clear, with a well-deserved reputation. Snorkeling also revealed stunning fish and coral. My son loved wakeboarding, and there’s also banana boating and speedboat trips. Huge thanks to Zaher, Islam, Ahmed, and Moustafa! Our spacious room with a sea-facing balcony was cleaned daily by Monir, a lovely bloke, who even left us little Egyptian mementos. The hotel is 10 minutes from the old market and 5 minutes from Farsha Cafe. Taxis are cheap, and Yusuf (cab 416) made our stay unforgettable with his charm and humor. Fantastic hotel and staff—don’t hesitate to book!

It was a great stay in Safir Sharm Waterfalls, felt extremely welcomed and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location with the private beach & always availabilities for the sun beds, fluently shuttle pick you up and drop you off in your room or in the lobby directly for the lunch&dinner. Beautiful view form room, big and clean, air condition & shower run well. Especially, We’d like to thank Jordian here again, he made our holiday more than perfect, شكرًا!

If have to say something, It is an old luxury resort with some facilities not fashion but still classic, they are in a refreshing progress but in a very orderly and quiet way honestly, we didn’t feel any disturbed for our stay. Just really pity that we couldn’t see the beauty of the main swimming pool. We definitely will be back to see how beauty it will be in the future.

I had a great time - staff is very friendly, professional, and always at disposal. Very clean at all times and flexible with asks from guests. Direct access to beach, animation, multiple pools. Very well located to key touristic spots. Very grateful to all the stuff, particularly those at reception, serving dinner, and cleaning the room.

I was unhappy with the taxi service offered by the hotel. They are over priced when compared to a local taxi and, at exit to the airport, they were trying to over charge us. When we said no, they were incredibly rude and purposely dropped us at the wrong terminal. I would recommend not to use them. Everything else in the hotel is great and all the other staff is amazing. Just not the taxi company that works for them.

From our first arrival the staff were all polite, friendly, attentive and helpful. Would like to recognise in particular the following who made our stay even more memorable - Mohammed Gamal and Mohammed Al Amir on Reception; Wael and Mohammed Nazem in the bar; Elias, Ehab Girgis, Saif del Adin, Ahmed Youseff, Mohammed Essa, Khalil Samer and Ramy El Saed in the restaurant; and Hussan and partner in Housekeeping. The hotel resort is very large and it took us a couple of days to find our bearings; in front of the hotel are gardens, Health Club and 2 pools. Then there's the main building for Reception, shops, ATM, restaurants and bars, plus some of the accomodation. At  the 'back' of the hotel is a large pool and sun area, more gardens, the 'waterfalls', another bar area, the entertainment area, more accomodation, the funicular train. And there's more!  the main pool (currently under renovation, not causing any inconvenience as it is being very well managed), diving/snorkelling centre, more bars, volleyball/exercise beach, access to the 3 hotel's private beach coves and jetties into the sea. Phew! Our room (Deluxe Sea View) was plenty spacious - large bed, seperate sitting area, and a good size terrace directly overlooking the sea; we kept the curtains open as the sunrises were beautiful to see (and I'm not a morning person). The bathroom was good sized with all amenities needed and plenty of hot water; it was however in need of an update, with particular attention due to the grouting/tiling. Food - we stayed All Inclusive, the food is best described as adequate to good (with an occasional excellent), with plenty of choice (less so if you don't like fish/seafood). There seemed to be the most and best choice at breakfast, including an egg station; note the restaurant coffee is only available during breakfast.

Furniture in the room and the bathroom, especially the grouting, requires an update (some has been done). Similar for other areas - an overhaul/general maintenance required. We needed a few items replacing as soon as we arrived, which were done immediately- one in particular was a safety risk: broken kettle switch with exposed wiring.

Staff was very friendly and tried the best to please us in every way. Though rooms are outdated, they were very specious and clean with all the amenities necessary. Air conditioning worked very well. The highlight of the hotel is the beach with snorkeling area. There're some beautiful corals and fish right near the beach. Also, diving center is practical and has boat trips to astonishing areas in the middle of the sea. Food had variety and was ok. We also enjoyed evening animation for kids. Room was cleaned every day and our room attendant Mahmood Gamal cleaned it very well and surprised us every day with towels improvisations. Just 10 for him! In addition, client relations agent Vera was very helpful and took care for us whole stay. Pay attention that local ATM gives only Egyptian pounds. We also like to note diving club manager Ali Baba. He booked us superb boat trip for 3 hours, where we snorkeled in deep and shallow water with fish and stingrays and watched dolphins!

Main big pool has only sea water and for relaxing fresh one we were in need to go all the way to the top of the hotel. Kids club is closed since the corona and we were a little bit disappointed that there is no playroom with air conditioning for the kids. Only outdoor little playground. Indoor shop is pricy compared to near shopping center.
