One of the best Hotels in Sharm!! ❤️ Was very pleased to have booked there, Spacious room very well decorated Beautiful, very clean and organized hotel being part of Savoy and privileged to be in a Royal Savoy guest, the Atmosphere is very pleasing in all the areas, very pampered in the Royal guest parts and food was Great at the buffet, with options to dine in themed restaurant in the hotel or in Soho restaurants, Staff are all very welcoming and helpful, I name Ahmad from room service who generously offered any help when he knew my husband was not feeling well, Mina on the pools bar, Bassem and Emad at hotel bar and Malak at the rock bar... and all the others always smiling and ready to help. The beach there is amazing you can do snorkeling and see the heavenly undersea beauty of fishes 🐟 ans corals🪸... thank you for the beautiful stay. With love Nada El Eid Interior Architect

Our stay was outstanding on every level. The room (Junior Suite) was spacious and very comfortable with a nice balcony and super bathroom. The staff went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. The happy hour canapes and drinks were excellent with pleasant music played live at a good volume. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and of a high standard. The grounds are impeccably maintained with good facilities and we enjoyed snorkeling off the hotel beach.

Very little. The food in the restaurant was fine but not exceptional. Everything else was perfect.

This was at least my 20th trip to Egypt but my first to the Royal Savoy. We spent a week there over Christmas 2024 but immediately prior to this we spent 4 nights at the Sentido Reef Oasis, which was nice, but the Royal Savoy just took EVERYTHING to the next level. We particularly enjoyed - the calm and tranquillity of the hotel. The minute we stepped into reception we felt relaxed and like we'd come home. - the staff - absolutely all were amazing and took pride in their work :)) - the breakfasts - my favourite was eggs benedict cooked to order and sparkling wine and I could have had these every day, not just on Christmas Day. Everyday there was a wide variety of good quality, freshly prepared food and it was served in a calm, friendly environment where you were allowed to take your time, you're on holiday after all. It was the total opposite of the "noisy canteen" which I've come to expect, and hate, in hotels. - the bedroom and shower - spacious, bright room and super shower (both the waterfall one and the "normal" one which you could adjust up and down). We had a garden room (4031) and the covered patio outside was a lovely place to sit at the end of the day to get the last few sunrays whilst eating the complementary cake that had been delivered to the room earlier that afternoon. The room had USB ports and also 1 international plug socket so our UK plug didn't need an adaptor. - the beach/pools - snorkelling was fabulous and you could go between the two jetties. The Royal Savoy sandy beach had a few bean bags which were lovely to laze about on. If you didn't want a bean bag then the sun loungers had additional canopies to give your head a bit of shade. At both the beach and the pool you'd get a chilly bin with iced water in, awesome. - the royal lounge - the savoury and sweet canapés were a welcome treat. The wine was lovely, normally I can't drink the wine in Egypt but this was wonderful.

My trivial, and I really do mean trivial, niggles were: - the music from the aquarobics at The Savoy each morning which broke the calmness around the Royal Savoy pools and whilst it was on, fortunately only half an hour, I felt like I was on a Club 18-30 holiday (showing my age there), it just felt out of place and unnecessary. - TV channels in English were limited - we'd downloaded videos from BBC iPlayer and Netflix so ended up not using the TV.

Our Royal Savoy experience was excellent from the provided airport transfer through to our departure. The hotel reception team were always available to help with any questions and restaurant bookings. The Morning Room breakfast team provided a great peaceful way to start the day. The pool team were so friendly and helpful especially Nima and Klam. The lounge and bar areas were always a delight to return to in the evening. Our room and the hotel in general were always kept spotlessly clean.

The hotels stated evening dress code was not enforced. This was a disappointment. A part from the Italian restaurant the quality of the evening meals provided within the Savoy hotel was less than expected. We preferred to dine out at the restaurants within SOHO Square.

The private beach area for Royal Savoy clients was simply fantastic. The team there deserves special mention—they were incredibly attentive and kind. The culinary experience at the Tirana buffet was another highlight of my stay. Without exaggeration, it’s the best hotel buffet I’ve ever had. The variety and quality of the food was exceptional. My room was nothing short of amazing. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The huge balcony offered incredible views, but my favorite feature is probably the marble bathroom! Overall, The Royal Savoy offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Sharm El Sheikh.

Service staff was attentive and helpful. George, Mahmoud, Argie and Kim were very kind and provided excellent service. Check in staff was also helpful and accommodating. Rooms were a good size and kept very clean and stocked. The towel service at the beach was excellent and beverages were good. The beach was clean and easily accessible.

Some of the furniture in one of the rooms was in need of repair as there were two broken chairs and the patio furniture cushions needed cleaning and replacement. One of the toilets ran constantly and unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the beach had declined since the last visit. There was also a decline in the number of service staff on the beach as there were only one or two servers available for all the Royal guests.

All staff interactions were exceptional. The food, location, and ambience were relaxing and provided a true "home away from home" experience. The access to different restaurants at SOHO sqaure was a highlight for us. We enjoyed trying out a different cuisine each night🍜🍲🫕 My family particularly appreciated the daily afternoon tea treats provided in the rooms. 🍰🍰 We will certainly return to the Royal Savoy. One unfortunate aspect of our dining experience at the Egyptian restaurant was the extended wait for our food. While the food was delicious, some of the food was unfortunately served cold.

- All staff are so friendly and welcoming. - Fantastic Location in the heart of SOHO Square. - Awesome beach with beautiful corals and fish, in my point of view, this beach is the best beach along sharks bay for snorkelling and diving. - SOHO Square is the most funniest square in Sharm. - Fabulous swimming pools especially the main pool. - Pool and beach bar is one of the most refreshing place while you are swimming. - The food in general was excellent, delicious and high quality. - Most of the sea activities are provided on the beach which is an advantage for the resort. Finally, I have enjoyed every single moment in the resort and l strongly recommend this outstanding luxurious resort. Special thanks to the pool bar tenders Mina and Karlos for their kindness and politeness. Honestly, they made my stay exceptional. Thank you all and for sure I will be back again.

Nothing at all

Free pick up from the airport to the hotel in a decent vehicle was good. The Royal Savoy hotel shares its grounds with the adjacent Savoy Hotel (same group) and the grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Staff were excellent, very friendly and could not do enough for you. Room were very large and of high quality with two rooms each with a double bed and its own showers/WC. Great selection of hotel restaurants to use and food a really high quality - we tried the Seafood Restaurant, Hot Rocks, Italian, Turkish and Egyptian - all food great quality. Private beach was just great and the team there excellent, free waters all day and free snorkeling. Amazing sealife. Chairs and umbrellas excellent and nearby private toilet.

The beach is naturally a coral reef and so there is only very light paddling off the beach itself, but full swimming available off the pontoon. SOHO Square is nearby and owned by the Savoy Group where there are other restaurants if you cant get into the hotel restaurants. SOHO square very presentable, clean and safe but I prefer the restaurants inside the hotel personally.

Well laid out, well maintained, great staff, lovely room. Short walk to Soho square. Dine around scheme is great, especially if you are at the hotel for a while, with some lovely restaurants both in resort and Soho Square. Pool bar service and staff lovely.

Hotel has its own beach and beach bar which were lovely. Only thing I would change is access to the sea from the beach is limited by the coral reef so you need to use a jetty to get into the water. Also for snorkelling the snorkelling area is limited and nowhere near as good as other places we have visited in Egypt.
