Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Arands at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only was he always available via WhatsApp, making us feel safe and cared for, but he also took extra special care of my partner’s 40th birthday, arranging daily surprises that made the celebration unforgettable. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. A special mention to Mohammed and his amazing bar team, who provided outstanding service from the pool to the lobby bar. They knew our drinks before we even arrived and always greeted us like old friends. What truly blew us away was that Mohammed remembered my birthday from our visit five years ago and surprised us with a cake and a celebration at the bar—such a personal and thoughtful touch! The resort also features a huge projector screen, perfect for catching football and MMA games in a lively atmosphere. The food was a delight every day, with freshly made pizzas, pasta, and live-cooked pancakes, donuts, and waffles for breakfast. Dinners were just as impressive, featuring BBQ nights, seafood feasts, and a variety of delicious desserts. The Lebanese restaurant and the teppanyaki show added unique dining experiences that we highly recommend. For those who love the water, snorkeling here is incredible. Even if you don’t dive deep, the sandy shoreline is filled with bright, colorful fish that swim right up to you, making for a breathtaking experience. A big thank you to Ahmed, our room attendant, whose dedication to cleanliness was unmatched. Walking into our room each day felt like checking into a brand-new space. The animation team also brought so much fun and energy to the resort, making sure everyone felt included and entertained. The staff’s multilingual skills—speaking English, Italian, French, and more—made communication effortless and welcoming for all guests.

The resort has three hotels, i stayed in Club. Everything was excellent,Specially reception staff , Peter, Ahmed and others. The receptionist has offered special vip collection due to our honeymoon. They also offered a lot of packages and free tickets to aqua park. Every hotel have main restaurant, types of food and the quality are very good. They have also another restaurants but with pre reservations, was very good also. Everything in hotel was exceptional and perfect. Special thanks to Ahmed room service.2218

1-The facility and furniture old and need to looked at. 2-There are risk of future injuries due to the floor of the aqua park, need to enhanced to avoid slipping. 3-Animation team need to enhanced, during my stay no one come and offered any entertainment.

The staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Ahmed at the reception solved all our problems, even the smallest ones, by helping us. Besides, the hotel food was quite good. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The quality of the pool and the sea was quite good. We could use the aquapark for free. When we went on tours, the hotel even prepared breakfast packages for us free of charge. We could benefit from all the benefits of hotel for free. Especially the staff and the food at the à la carte restaurant were very high quality. Thank you."

Close to the airport, great swimming pool and beach facilities with snorkeling. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team: Adly, Armia and Kerolos, the worker: Rushdy, and the waiter: Abdo. We thank them for everything! The buffet was good every day for every meal.

From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the resort's great location. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the views were simply breathtaking and added a sense of tranquility to our getaway. The site is beautifully maintained, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication your team puts into keeping the grounds immaculate. Furthermore, I must commend the variety and quality of food available at the resort. The meals were great, with an excellent selection that catered to diverse palates. The option to sample local cuisine along with international favorites truly enhanced our experience, and each dish was both delicious and visually appealing. Moreover, I want to emphasize the friendliness and attentiveness of your staff ( eg. Armia, Kerotes, Adiy) Their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and they were always ready to cater to our needs promptly. Whether it was providing recommendations for activities or ensuring we had everything we needed during our meals, their exceptional service did not go unnoticed.

I could have written whole paragraphs to describe our astonishing experience in that place if the word limit allowed me to do so, thus I summarize the following: I have been in several places and hotels, but none combined its merits in the exceptional way Charmillion does; prices are easy to accommodate, amenities, food and service are of the highest quality, a great location and last but not least, a GREAT staff, professional, helpful and extrovert that represents all the values inherent in the great Egyptian people. To mention but a few: Armia, Adli and Cyrillos from the reception for making our stay even more comfortable and for being so helpful, Ahmad from the house keeping service who is a real professional and artist, Muhammad al-Khamis from the restaurant service for his kindness, Rashdan from the SPA who is not just a professional, but a very kind person as well, Mateo for being such a great guy and animating us, and of course Ahmad (nicknamed Al Capone 😁) of the luggage transfer service for being such a great guy too, always with a smile on his face. I could mention so many others.

I would be a liar if I mentioned something negative

I had a great stay at Chirmilon Resort Club in Sharm El-Sheikh. The resort was clean, peaceful, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception team — very welcoming and professional. The food was tasty, the pool was relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Our week-long stay at this wonderful hotel has just ended. We were immediately struck by the exceptional cleanliness of the entire structure and professionalism, without a doubt they do their best and even more for the most comfortable stay of the guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful, trying to fulfill all the wishes of their customers. This structure wants and needs to grow as people who are working here... Let's help them and believe in them. We spent quiet moments and an unforgettable vacation. The coral reef is within reach of the hotel's private beach, where you can admire the wonders of the sea with a simple mask and without much effort.
