Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. And the views are great!

I would say they could have pizza for kids.

The location is great, not that far from the airport and close to amazing coral reefs (ask for Ramy at the beach, he will book a trip for you :) The rooms are big and clean. The food was tasty, especially dinners (grilled vegetables, fish and meat, delicious rice and deserts!). The stuff is super friendly and helpful. Diverse animation program.

The beach volleyball field can be improved - there are little stones.

What a stay - Ivy Cyrene were extremely accommodating and very helpful. We were welcomed with a fruit drink to quench our thirst and the staff were very quick in checking-in following our long and tiring journey. Abdel-rahman welcomed us with a fruit basket in our room 😁. The resort was very clean and not too packed. We had the pool to ourselves. A short walk to their private beach with calm waters starting very shallow so all ages can enjoy. The water was very clean I saw a variety of fish, including an eel! George helped us with a free of charge late checkout which was needed due to our flight time.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They let us stay until our return flight for free! The drinks there was amazing and honestly having a balcony was really nice. Aircon was so good. The staff at arrival said they upgraded the room so that was nice. The safe was working and they showed us how to use it. We had free water bottles during our stay and honestly that saved us costs. Overall really good and we enjoyed it. They gave us extra towels as well so good!! Also, private beach!!!! So close to the hotel and it’s a must they so nice and so private. Free drinks there too!!

The bathroom, if only it was cleaned properly as the sinks had watermarks etc. BUT it was still suitable to use. However for the price and the stay it was overall great. Just keep in mind of the location but we used Sharm taxi and it didn’t cost much to get to places.

it is really a good value for money..cozy hotel with great view..The rooms are clean, very comfortable with nice view..an amazing animation team that have a variety of programs and activities every day..also house keeping ( especially Mr Amr) is really great everyday he surprises my kids with amazing characters he makes with towels that is really exciting ☺️

The place is very good for kids. The facilities and slides on the pools. The beach was nice too with a big space and a long extension inside the water that you could jump right inside the water without having to step on the rocks outside. They also made shows and activities almost every day. The food quality was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, although sometimes you could feel they are understaffed. One day, we found a fruit basket and refreshments for free in our room, which was a very nice gesture. The housekeeping was very helpful and responsive. The place is very practical, not luxurious. The rooms had keys, not cards. The shower had water flowing from both the lower tap and the shower head at the same time, but still, the water pressure was fine. The rooms were spotless clean but a bit old.

The animation team was not good. At one night, they kept talking in russian with no regard to english or arabic speakers. After a while, people began to leave, and we kept waiting till we discovered the show was canceled. When we addressed them, they responded in irony! Also, the coffee machines were not available at any of the pool bars. I needed to walk to the lobby, which was a long walk. On check out, they were a bit harsh to make us leave, although we were not late. They called several times, and the bellman was early and kept waiting outside, which was a bit weird. However, they were all polite.

I would definitely recommend the Cyrena island hotel. It is a budget, neat hotel with nice staff willing to help in every detail. I would like to specially thank Ahmed, one of the managers who helped me to get a nice room once it was clear that there is an issue with my room. Staff are helpful, food is enough for different dietary people, there is also a animation group who are entertaining people and organize events in the evening. Good value for the money.

some stuff was nice and trying to help and some not thanks to Mr Abd Alrahaman (reception) and Mr. Hamdy and all restaurant stuff specially a guy in the bar but I can’t remember the name

We had a long stay in Sharm and this was the perfect hotel for our big family. There was plenty to do for everyone including water slides, beach, kids club and entertainment team to keep us busy. We stayed over new years and had an amazing time at the party arranged for the guests. The food served was fantastic. Great entertainment organized and loved the overall vibe welcoming 2025. We had breakfast at the main restaurant most days. Big thanks to the breakfast crew leader Ahmed Maher. He was always on hand to help set up a table for the 8 of us and make sure we were always happy and had everything we needed at breakfast. We also enjoyed the oriental restaurant 2 nights during our long stay. This was also an amazing experience - We would like to thank Mohamed Abdel Fateh who welcomed and served us along with his team and special thanks of course to Chef Ehab - the Arabic cuisine was extraordinary. We also managed to enjoyed a massage in the Spa. Best experience ever. Ivy Cyrene about 20mins from Naama Bay so we used taxis to get back and forth. We did one walk to get a mini bus taxi from the hotel Which took about 20mins to reach the main gate of Montazah.

Price/ quality was very good. When we was staying there it was not much guests in hotel.Every place we go all was for us.We liked. Abd Elrahman from reception was very kind and helpfull.

During the evening performance light on stage with sounds and music go often off.
