The hotel truly impressed me. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for, including a comfy bed and a stunning view. The hotel also boasted excellent facilities, including a rooftop restaurant that was perfect for relaxing and taking in the city skyline.. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

That the pool closed at 6pm we usually sharam shiekh is a night city I believe all visitors will wake up very late and us for our experience we didn’t enjoy the pool much as it closed at early. And also the fact we have to get our breakfast to the room every morning we would appreciate if the breakfast will be sent to the room.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the quality of service and accommodation I experienced during my stay at your hotel. My overall experience was one of great comfort and satisfaction. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the courteous attitude of the staff and their dedication to guest comfort truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for their polite and prompt assistance, as well as the housekeeping staff for their professionalism and respectful service — with special mention to Ameera, Mohammed, Saad, and everyone else without exception. I would also like to share a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be even better if breakfast was served as an open buffet, offering more variety and flexibility for guests. 2. The beach area felt a bit small, especially during peak hours, as it serves guests from all hotels in the group. Once again, thank you. Naama bay suites is a small boutique hotel on the edge of the very lively resort of Naama Bay. The room was very large, bed extremely comfortable, especially the pillows. The aircon worked very well. The room was cleaned daily, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. were refilled daily, as was the minibar. We received bottled water on a daily basis. The member of staff who tended our room was excellent, extremely accommodating and very personable. Amira at reception was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to keep our room until 2pm on the day of departure, free of charge. We also benefitted from free airport transfers courtesy of the hotel. All the staff in the hotel were so friendly and very keen to tend to your needs but I must say Ahmed in the breakfast room was exceptional. He was always extremely polite and friendly and went out of his way to help us. The beach belonging to the hotel was always busy but the staff will do their very best to sort sun loungers, tables etc. You have access to the pools at the hotel’s larger sister hotel, only a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the tranquility of the quieter pool there. Again the staff at that pool were extremely accommodating and friendly. As mentioned at the beginning, Naama Bay is a lively resort, so be prepared for lively music at night - not at the hotel but close by. It is something we managed to get used to and it didn’t spoil our stay.

Nothing was perfect

My partner and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Naama Bay Suites, and I cannot express enough how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special and welcome. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and direct access to the water. This setting created the perfect romantic atmosphere for our honeymoon. One thing that stood out was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire property. Our room was spotlessly maintained daily, and all common areas, restaurants, and beach facilities were immaculately kept. The food was incredible! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious at every meal. Ahmed deserves special thanks for looking after all our dining needs with attentive service and great recommendations. The staff truly made our stay special. Amira was a wonderful host who ensured we had everything we needed. We're also grateful to Osama, the F&B Manager, who personally invited us for a special dinner that became one of the most memorable evenings of our trip. I want to thank the General Manager, Amr Saad, whose leadership creates the warm, attentive atmosphere that made our honeymoon so wonderful. For anyone considering a romantic getaway, I absolutely recommend Naama Bay Suites. Nothing, we liked everything.

To be honest, we were really amazed from everything in this hotel. Start from reception Mr. Ali, Also room service Mr. Thamer and till the life quad near to the beach. The most thing touch our heart; we got sick then Mr. Thamer and Mr. Ali took care of us till they provide warm tea and medication. Also I can’t forget the amazing moments when they invite us for 2 nights dinner with amazing ambiance. All of services they provide with high quality of hospitality and they will do their maximum to make our stay happy and unforgettable. They also give us massage free and refill the fridge when ever we requested. Final great thing they will do for us they won’t let go to airport by taxi and they promise to send us to airport. I’ll come for sure again and again to this hotel especially when all of the staff became our great friends.

The only thing I don’t like when realize that am leaving

The staff were the highlight of the trip.They bent over backwards for all requests and constantly checked up on us, ensuring we were well fed, comfortable, and not needing anything. Amira, the front desk & hotel manager were exceptional. She is an asset to this company! Also Ahmed are the breakfast bar, Shariff housekeeping, Omar on the beach and Omar behind beach bar and of course Mustafa were all exceptional, friendly, helpful, and treated us like VIPs :) Very big thanks to Mohammed, the IT manager, for giving me the best wifi so I could do my work. I will certainly be returning! The location was fantastic too, right in front of the beach. The room was spotless too, and of course, sunshine all around!

Nothing to not like!

The receptionist Amira was very helpful and friendly. She helped my children to surprise me with a cake since I turned 60! Size of the room. The breakfast was adaptable, not to much and not to little. I could get beer on credit in the bar!

The fitness center was missing some of my favorite machines. The beach bar restaurant was too helpful, I wanted something little. They served me four plates, meat, french fries, bread, vegetables and sliced fruits.

Outstanding service from Ali, Mohammed, Ahmed, Qassem, Ramadan, Mahmoud, and the entire team made my stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. The hotel’s quality and hospitality exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The facility is clean and modern, location is top notch, and the direct sea view is really amazing. However the best part of this place is the staff. Everyone here goes beyond the normal to ensure our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Ms. Ameera and Mr. Tamer, they both were attentive and outstanding.
