The hotel is pretty standard and looks like it hasn't been renovated since a few years. The staff especially Mr. Ahmed at the reception is superb. He caters to every need of the guest and goes well beyond the line of duty to make you feel comfortable. The location cannot be better than this hotel, its right at the main center of Naama bay and the private beach is also a few minutes walk from the hotel which is also good.

Breakfast is below average with very few items on the buffet and that too isn't very good. Cleanliness is average. The beds were a little hard. Rooms on the side of the road have alot of noise from the street so its better to stay in rooms away from the main road. Considering the price and the location all the above can be overlooked since considering the cost-to-benefits ratio this hotel is good.

Always Reception STAFF who are really friendly. Jamal the night receptionist is a Top Man, really friendly and respectful, Thank you Jamal for a great check in. Also Ahmed the day reception is really helpful and kind. Ahmed the new helper is really good he showed me the two rooms and I chose one.

This is my base in Sharm because of the Location, I gave it 9 this time because: 1- I requested one of two rooms 2 weeks before and when I arrived I was given different rooms, I was really sad 😔because am a customer. 2- Wifi in rooms is very poor .. why not management spend a little bit and get wifi every where price up just 2 dollars for every room ? 3- Breakfast team not friendly. do not smile. I told them my breakfast is included he didn’t believe me and went to reception to double check. please respect me man !!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Naama Inn Hotel. The swimming pool was beautiful and immaculately clean, making it a great place to unwind. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed, the waiter, who was incredibly nice, kind, and excellent at his job. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, and the cook did a fantastic job with every meal. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The view from the terrace was lively, overlooking the Hard Rock Cafe and all the Shisha bars, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. With low prices and such great service, it was a wonderful stay!"

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. Has everything you need. Great location also! Very friendly and helpful staff! But I want to give 10 out 5 stars to the day receptionist, mr. Ahmad (I hope my memory isn't failing me regarding his name). He was very very helpful, calm, always smiley and willing to advise and accommodate anything that me or other people needed. He wasn't like this only with the guests, but with his colleagues as well! Thank you!

The only thing I noticed that could do with a bit of improvement is the cleanliness. For example, the sink was clean when I arrived, but the counter around it wasn't and I realised that when I wiped it myself to remove water that I splashed around. Same with other surfaces. Also, the covers of the bed had stains and some hair, which makes you doubt the cleanliness, however the bedsheet itself and the pillow case was clean.

1 Breakfast - the morning Chef cooked small omelettes and there were several other edible/tasty items. 2 Most of the Staff were pleasant and friendly. 3 Although the Lunch and Dinner menus changed little from day to day, I have to say that there were usually plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, and that all the cooking was virtually grease-free. 4 Actually on one occasion I had the best battered fish I have ever tasted, and the Roast Turkey served on New Year's Eve was absolutely delicious! 5 Of course I liked the overall price of my stay which was gratefully reduced (without my requesting) because I missed a connecting flight from Cairo to Sharm.

1 I chose Full Board which I have never booked anywhere before. The set times were more than adequate. 2 However, including Lunch could sometimes be in the way if I wanted to stay longer on a morning visit. 3 I have to say that there were not many changes in the menu from day to day - see 3 and 4 above. 4 There was always hot water available, but it could run out quickly if a shower took more than a couple of minutes. 5 My air conditioning unit provided lots of cool air, but I couldn't get it to provide warm air if the night was colder.

Spacious room, fridge, electric kettle, comfortable mattress, excellent breakfast, wonderful welcoming front desk staff, attractive pool area, nice terrace area on second floor with comfy seating area where there is WiFi access.

Shower walls needed to be wiped down, water leaked through shower caulking onto bathroom floor.

everything always exceeds my expectations here, thats why i always choose this hotel. i always have room only and the staff are all lovely. great sized room with great air conditioning and good wifi. the pool area is lovely and always very clean. staff cant do enough for you and i always feel at home here. Beach at Viva is excellent and have made very good friends there over the years. this is a perfectly located hotel for all entertainment, restaurants, shops, buses/ taxis and beach access., for families, coupes and single travellers

The staff (when I could find them) were very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the centre of town, easy to get to the beach (beach access provided by hotel) as well as various shops and restaurants. The room was basic but very good value for money considering how cheap it is.

Very loud music at nights, I suggest bringing ear plugs if you are planning to stay here, I slept with them in every night. The staff were occasionally difficult to find, I arrived just at Iftar so everyone was breaking their fast but it took me at least 5 minutes to find someone who could check me in.

I’ve been staying at Naama Inn for many years. It’s very reasonably priced and conveniently located. A short walk away is a little beach that their customers can use. There are loads of restaurants and shops all around. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the shared minibuses that take you to the Old Market and Hadaba. The room is fairly spacious with enough space for hanging clothes and shelves. This hotel is not fancy or modern and could use an update but it’s sufficient for my needs. The air-conditioning functions and there’s hot water in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The WiFi in the room I had this year worked well. There’s a pool, too, with sun chairs. I’ll most likely stay here on future visits to Sharm.

I’d suggest booking this hotel without any meals because the food is not tasty. They used to have a breakfast buffet but due to a lack of guests, they don’t do that nowadays and the breakfast food is terrible. Dinner didn’t look very appetizing either. So eat elsewhere! There’s a TV in the room with a zillion cable channels, but it’s extremely difficult to use. As there are only a few channels in English, it takes too much time to find them. Even some of the staff who tried to show me the system were confused about working the remote.

Location is wonderful; the room is very spacious and clean; the receptionist who checked me, I guess his name is Sayed, was very friendly, professional, and helpful; the private beach of the hotel is nice; excellent value for money

The internet signal was not very good and I had to go to the reception or the pool for a better signal, but it seems this is something common in Sharm Shiekh even at top hotels.
