Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!

This hotel is wonderful because of its staff. They made our stay because of their welcome, friendliness and professionalism. This is our second stay and we cannot wait to go back. The beds are really comfortable, rooms are clean and if any minor issues arise, the staff are very quick to resolve. The location is fantastic. Very quite and relaxing. Snorkelling is great. You are looked after like family. Beautiful holiday and cannot fault anything

Not a negative as not something we didn't like but if we have to say something then maybe proper cups for breakfast ? And in the room, rather than paper cups would be better but this was not an issue as we bought cups from the shop so used those !

Out of all the hotels I've been to, the staff at Jewel have been the most hospitable. Everyone has been very friendly and very welcoming. Big shoutout to some people whose names I was able to catch: 1) The cleaning staff particularly managed by Ehab and the people who managed our level, I believe his name is Atef (Very clean and tidy!) 2) Mohammed for cooking fresh omelettes everyday during our free brekkies and I think there was also a food manager, I can't remember his name but he was one of the few people that wore glasses (I think Amr) 3) Shaker and Alaa for their reception service and recommending me to go to Al Baladi restaurant 4) Nader for being so helpful when I checked in I also didn't have a flight until 9pm and the hotel staff have still let me stay in their pool and lobby areas as well :)

For the breakfast, the bread sometimes isn't too fresh although I think there were food supply issues when I came (during COP27 so there was a huge influx of people). The gym could also be opened a bit more often, I came during COP and wasn't able to use the gym which is opened (9-5pm).

We loved our stay at Jewel hotel, the room was big and clean the staff were professional they catered to every demand. The breakfast was also good shout-out to Amr he was very kind and helpful.

The place is beyond magnificent, the breakfast is clean, the attention and interest of all the employees are magnificent. Even though I arrived early, the manager shaker allowed me to check in early. I don't know how to thank him. Whatever I say about Amr el dsoky, the highest level of attention and interest is not enough. I was nervous the first day, he solved all the problems with his smiling face and approach. He will literally make you eat with his hand. He is so interested. Bravo 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰. They work hard and take care of all kinds of problems. I especially thank AMR EL DSOKY, MANAGER SHAKER, ABDULLAH and all the staff literally looked into my eyes and were surprised how they could please me. I had reserved a room for 1 day. I decided to stay for 5 more days. The hotel is in the center of the city, by the sea. The breakfast is very good.

Everything was perfect!! They the staff made me feel like I was an VIP!!😂 From my first step on the hotel till the good bye time🥲I was overwhelmed by the friendlines, politeness, professionalism , cleanliness.. Massive thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make my staying memorable, thank you Mohamed at the pool for the laughter we had, the amazing Nadar the supervisor in the dinning room for taking the time to look after every single details , Ahmad the receptionist and all the receptionist s I cannot remember the name s soo sorry for all the professionalism and kindness

Nothing to dislike

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments! The location is absolutely perfect – just steps away from the sea, with beautiful views and everything you could possibly need nearby. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was a perfect place for a family holiday – we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend staying here – it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway!
