We had a very nice room by the pool very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Room service provided coffee and water for free everyday. Clean towels. Hotel’s beach was very nice and not so crowded, swimming was amazing with many fishes and corals. Almost no need to go snorkelling anywhere else. Breakfast and dinner were overall very good, with multiple choices. Very friendly and fun omelette maker🤩

The wifi was horrible in the room and anywhere in the facility. We informed the receptionist every day, nothing has changed. This is a serious consideration for tourists with no cellular data. Receptionists of the day shift were poorly speaking english and almost rude. We were waiting for the night receptionists to ask basic questions. Overall security of the location and the hotel is good but my friend left her cigarettes pack and lighter in room‘s private balcony area at night and it was not there in the morning.

I booked a Taxi through booking.com. The Taxi came at 5 Am in the morning yesterday to pick me up from the Hotel. The reception didn't allow the Taxi to enter the Park at the Hotel to pick me up. I walked to the mainstreet with all my heavy bags because the receptionist didn't allow the Taxi driver to drive in . If a Hotel quest orders a Taxi you should let it in !!!!!!! Why should i walk with all my bags to outside? The Taxi driver even said my name and told you that he is waiting for me !!!!!

Well situated right on the beach, spread out like a small village with 5 pools scattered around the resort. Rooms were lovely we had a garden bungalow with beautiful views. Small Coral reefs could be walked to from the beach.

No alcohol served on the beach. There were certain bars and restaurant where you had to pay for food and drinks even if you were all inclusive.

Perfect in everything 😍 it was a magical stay hotel is so comfort, food is so good with different varieties everyday, facilities on beach. I was receiving a call from the reception daily to check that everything is going well .. it was really amazing 🤩

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Stayed there for 8 days and spent most of the time in the hotel which has several pools, access to the beach, and aqua park. The various teams were super welcoming and made sure we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Besides the great service, the place is very clean and the restaurant offers daily international varieties. Shout out for Basant from guest relations, Mahmoud the life guard and Mohamad Shams. You guys are just exceptional! Coming again so see you soon!

Wifi in room did not work even though we have made it as our one special request during booking to have a room with reasonable Wifi connectivity.

The resort is very beautiful and is made of small houses (one per room), all with a terrace with chairs. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is plenty and has a wide variety of dishes. My room was big, nice looking, newly refurbished, with a sofa, a coffee table and a big closet that included robes, an iron and an ironing table and with a small but luxurious bathroom. My terrace had 2 chairs, a sofa and a coffee table. The amenities were good (soap, showering gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, 2 apples and 3 small cakes, and daily two bottles of water of 1.5 litres). The resort's private beach is the best of Naama Bay. It is next to the hotel and is longer than the ones of the neighbouring resorts. The water was warm, the umbrellas were big and with space between them, the chaise longues were fine, the sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea.

Sometimes there was extremely loud music on the resort at night (and also on the neighbouring resorts) that we could hear in our room. The part of the beach near to the resort main restaurant smelled (I supposed that after some days there was less smell), so I always went to the part further away from there. The music on the beach was extremely loud, all day long, that we could hear even far away from the spot. The sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea. The beach closed too soon, at 5 pm (maybe because of the Ramadan).

This resort is one of my favorite place in sharm el sheikh. staff are really polite and supportive, the cleanliness is at the top as always, also I feel safe and secure in the resort thanks to security team they are always alert. 1-I had junior suite AC was old there was noses at night cooling is great, 2-old phone device in room was really hard to use it. 3-first 3 days house keeping forgot about towels and the shampoo was mixed with water. 4- animation supervisor was hard on his team and very harsh more than need which effect the team vibes and eventually effects the gusts vibes , need to improve the activity program to make it more challenging and competitive and use more reliable tools and ideas for the games

It was next to the beach, there were flowers everywhere in many colors.

Main dish options were very limited, side dishes barely made up for it.

The location is great, 15 min walk from Naama bay tourist center, 15 min by car to the old market. We also loved the low rise set up with the small chalets and the garden. They take a very good care of the garden. The room is of a good size for a family of 3. The beds are comfortable. The small sofa bed good for a small child. The staff are very kind and friendly and if you have a request they react quickly. Special thanks to Moheb, FO assistant manager for his hospitality. We had an issue at the restaurant once and the staff went out of the way to make it up for it. It was my dad’s birthday during our stay and the hotel arranged for a lovely chocolate cake and the restaurant staff congratulated him. We loved it! The beach is amazing. We absolutely loved snorkelling. The wind was strong sometimes but in the water it was nice, even though a tad chilly. The food was good, definitely much better than what we have experienced in some even 5 star resorts in Egypt.

The rooms are tired and the bathrooms are terribly run down. The hotel is slowly renovating and the deluxe rooms look much better but they are also quite expensive. We did change the room in the beginning and the second one was a bit better. After all we got used to it. The cleaning is ok but the floor often is not cleaned well. At the check in we did not receive any info about the fact that we could use the water park of Jaz Sharm Dreams and join their evening entertainment. We also did not like that one employee was pushing guests to leave 5 star reviews on Google. This should not happen. All in all we had a lovely time. The positives have outweigh the negatives for us.

Excellent value for money. Great staff. Beautiful garden, clean rooms, good breakfast, perfect location and private beach. Free wifi. Very comfortable bed. Nice terrace. Loved this place We had an issue with AC, we reported it to a young lady at breakfast. The problem was solved in about 1 hour despite the job they had to do last like half an hour. Great job and next day the same lady followed up at breakfast. Great staff and service!

The pools were not heated in the end of November
