The hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways possible. Super charming and clean rooms with all amenities needed for comfortable stay. It has direct access to Naame"s sandy beach, while also in the heart of the city with restaurants, clubs and supermarkets at walking distance. All staff were friendly. The hospitality was amazing. When they knew it was my wife's birthday, they sent us a complimentary cake to our room. We read the negative reviews and booked anyway as it had amazing price and location (beach front). We were amazed by the room we stayed in! It had a roof with a pool and sea view. It was very clean, and the furniture was in great condition, unlike previous reviews. There were recent renovations. All in all, I would definitely visit again.

Since it was off-season, dinner was not open-buffet but rather unlimited set-menu. It was understandable as there were not many guests. Breakfast was open-buffet though. So if you want open-buffet dinner, make sure to visit in-season (the summer or during the winter break).

I really liked the architectural design of my room. Having a mini living room area on a different level than the bed is a great idea. I also enjoyed having my own rooftop taras. Very practical and very cute three level space for your private disposal!!! The deco was also very nice. Amir from the reception was very professional and very helpful. He provided the best customer service from my entire three week travelling in Egypt.

Kanabesh Resort in Sharm El Sheikh exceeded all expectations. The picturesque setting, impeccable facilities, and attentive staff made my stay truly memorable. One of the main points to chose the hotel was the location (I came there to celebrate the New Year) and it was 100 out of 100. On the beach and 1 minute walk from one of the best clubs (Bus stop, former Pasha), and the pedestrian walking areas. The drawback is that the taxi cannot come to the door and you have to walk but for me it was not a problem. The neighborhood felt very nice and safe. The food was very nice, it was not luxury but I always found something nice to eat. I also loved the cats around. The beach was sandy and nice. They showed me a couple of nice reefs nearby so I could enjoy snorkeling. The hotel is perfect as bed and breakfast. The wi-fi speed on reception is very good. Near the hotel you can find everything: stores, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs... All 1 minute walk.

The room looks rather old (the bathroom), the mattress is not comfy. It would be nice to have some renovation

There is no possibility to eat proper vegan breakfast and maybe I would pay more attention at the cleanliness of the toilet. During the night as our room was next the Main Street, it was very loud, but for us it was not a problem.

some of the staff were good and some were not. but all of them need to get training on how to deal with guests. also, one of the security guards was very rude with me when i was entering to the hotel. beach was very good although spaces between sunbeds were tight.

There are so many options in Sharm. This is the best for the price. Perfect location, and a beautiful sandy beach with tons of affordable activities. The rooms are like small apartments, with a TV, fridge, and hair dryer, plenty of seating, high ceilings, and an adorable upstairs balcony with a great view of the pool and beach. There was always good music playing at the pool and it seemed like everyone was really enjoying their vacation. The staff is more than accommodating, they brought me fresh berry/mango juice when I arrived, breakfast is available each morning with great options for everyone. I am so glad I chose Kanabesh, I would gladly come back and stay with the rest of my family. This is an excellent and affordable option. I was extremely surprised by the quality of this hotel. It felt as if I had my own safe and secure villa in a private beach resort.
