Everything was so clean and hygienic. The staff of the hotel was so incredibly kind and helping. If you want to go to Sharm, I would highly recommend this hotel. Don’t forget to check out the diveschool, which is probably the best in town. Staff there (guides, instructors, desk, boat) are also very kind and very qualified. It was neat, clean, spacious, felt comfortable, staff is the best

There was this incident, however, it was actually a plus, as the hotel staff handled it really really well. Incidents can always happen, so this idea actually also a plus :-), as the staff handled it more than great. Maybe the only downside is that the offered snorkeltrips only happen if the entire group of divers agrees with the site, and therefore if you would go for the snorkeling, you never know on forehand if you will be able to go. The website makes it seems otherwise. The restaurants/bars next to the hotel could also be a little noisy, so I would recommend earplugs, than you will not hear a thing

The rooms are nice and so is the pool, all facilities are kept spotless and the staff is fantastic. The highlight is for sure the diving center, with amazing instructors and a dedicated training area at the seaside just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. If diving is your priority, this hotel is simply perfect. If it isn’t, you anyway have a fantastic position right at the heart of Naama bay, to enjoy the nightlife. Will definitely come back!

In the center of Naama Bay There are many cool restaurants and shops around. Everything on foot The hotel is together with the dive club Amazing swimming pool with 4 meters depth!

It could be great if there was an electrical outlet next to the bed to charge the phone overnight

The property is conveniently located at Naama Bay. The check-in process was smooth and the breakfast were very good. We had fresh, fluffy, flaky croissant and pain au chocolates. The best in Sharm ;) Dive shops and restaurants are plentiful.

The only issue we had was the fact that the property is located within Naama Bay so sometimes our taxi drivers were not allowed to send us to our hotel directly as they did not register to enter within the area so we had to walk approximately 10 minutes.

Location is absolute the best in Naama Bay. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants/shops/bars around the hotel. My room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The Roof terrace bar is absolutely great!

- Room was painted just before I arrived; heavy smell of paint that was difficult to get out. - No electricity sockets close to the bed so I had to charge the phone on the other side of the room. - The Pacha discotheque is next to the hotel and plays loud music at night; I had to sleep with all doors closed.

The hotel offers exceptional value for money and has an unbeatable location right in the heart of the shopping and boutique area. Despite the lively surroundings, the rooms were very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was exactly as expected and more.

Honestly, nothing to complain about — everything was great.
