It's perfect vacation for me in Ghazala Beach Hotel, I would like to talk about staff.. Mr. Mohamed Saber, Mr Haitham El Tabei and all of the reception team are professional. Room is perfect, food so nice, wonderful sandy beach.. I advise tourists to visit Ghazala Beach hotel.

Location in the middle of Naama Bay. Wonderful sandy beach. Staff really nice and friendly.

The hotel is in great location, amazing sandy beach and access to the sea and activities and mostly very helpful ,focused on problem solution staff. We had a great time at the hotel and felt being treated as a family, our special needs child felt safe and cared for and was taking care of while doing activities and hotel staff recommended and made paramount about our safety and good time.special thank you for hotel to Haitham assistant to manager front of the hotel, who was swift in enabling to achieve all our requests. I will definitely recommend the hotel as it's good value for money for families and will be back again

Small restaurant for the number of guests , rooms needs updating but staff keeps the hygiene on the top and already ongoing work on some of the rooms to renovate

I did travel alone. The staff is very kind, caring to the needs of the customers and involve people in the free time activity and conversation. The staff made me feel welcome as already knowing them. This made me achieve my goal of relaxation because I felt at home.

If you go to eat at opening time, you may have to share the table with other customers. But this is a pro during a travel, especially for a solo traveller.

I liked the location and in general the hotel met my expectations. They have a nice sandy beach, there are several reefs around and I loved snorkeling there and watching the fish. We had a bungalow that was near the pool (the water in the pool was cold though), it was very cozy with everything needed. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist. The food is fine, you can always find something at your choice. In the evenings they have entertainment programs and dancing.

Wi-Fi even on reception is very weak, enough only for messaging. Would be nice to have red tea for dinner. The restaurant can get very crowded )

Good Value for money. Comfortable. Good layout. Easy walking access to private beach within a couple of minutes.

WiFi was poor in public areas and sometimes not working. No WiFi in room.. Dinner was like a stampede at opening time because the food was not always replenished. "When it's gone it's gone". Therefore people were grabbing as much as possible because of the fear that it would run out. Not very extensive choice of main meat or fish in comparison to other hotels.But most other hotels are more expensive therefore expectations should be taking the above into account.

Location is amazing! We also liked our bungalow next to the swimming pool. It was also possible to swim in a warm swimming pool in Ghazala Gardens. Most of the hotel staff was very very sweet and helpful. They do pay special attention to their guests. For someone having their birthday hotel staff will sing, dance and offer a cake to make it really special. Animator's were doing an amazing job and it was really fun. The price is really a very good deal.

I was missing good coffee in the morning. Would be great to invest in a new coffee machine (and coffee cups) that doesn't break every 5 minutes.

We are so happy being here,everyrything are very nice and the room iş very large and comfortable,the balkony as well. The breakfast and dinner are adequate. The best best bonus are that all drinks free all the time the alcohol as well. The all saff are very friendly and Probably we will be here again at the end of the begining of the April next year for our religon holiday.

Only one thing I have to say that ,the shower pressure iş weak,but it does not for us.

What i liked most is the exceptional hotel location in the middle of Naama bay which has the access for anywhere in town. The beach also is a pleasure ..pool is ok Food in the restaurant is good .. landscaping is very good and manicured Staff are hardworking and doing a great job A few of them need intense training... Thanks to Ahmed front office, Reda housekeeping and executive Chef...

As a value for price, Rooms were ok ...in my point of view i think if the owner took advantage of the great location of the property and renovated it using a clever interior designer, I think it highly qualified to earn the fifth star

They did my best holidays and feel so happy l can't wait to return again , l loved everything the lovely hotel l feel like l was at home. I loved the location and the pool. It was very convenient also being able to rent snorkel equipment or do a boat ride right from the beach. One issue I had was the food. IF you got to the buffets late, there usually was not any hot food at all. Sometimes, there was nothing to drink at the juice dispenser, and many times, the food in the side buffet tables were empty a full hour before it was supposed to close, and no one was refilling them. The food that was there was good, but just don't come later in the serving session.
