It's perfect vacation for me in Ghazala Beach Hotel, I would like to talk about staff.. Mr. Mohamed Saber, Mr Haitham El Tabei and all of the reception team are professional. Room is perfect, food so nice, wonderful sandy beach.. I advise tourists to visit Ghazala Beach hotel.

Location in the middle of Naama Bay. Wonderful sandy beach. Staff really nice and friendly.

I had a great stay at GhazalaBeach hotel which has a superb location in Naamabay. The hotel will undergo through renovation soon and still offers a great value for money. Sandy beach is a great selling point. The hole team, led by a great GM Mr Hany, works hard to achieve a high level of customer service. I really enjoyed GM cocktail party wity delicious snacks. The atmosphere was great. Great job by Moamen, bartender at Lobby bar. Steadily good service with a smile! Special thank to Mr Mohamed Saber and to his team ( Mohamed,the Receptionist) that accomodate all guests' requests in a nice swift manner. Thank you for your efforts and kind attitude to all of us.

There were a few problems in a room that were addressed swiftly.

Our stay at Ghazala Beach was truly unforgettable, not just because of the beautiful location, but especially thanks to the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we arrived, Ahmed, who takes care of the luggage, welcomed us with a warm smile and was always ready to help. Mohamed, the housekeeping gentleman, made sure our room was always spotless and comfortable. His attention to detail and respectful attitude made a big difference in our stay. The buffet team was just as impressive – the chefs, cooks, and waiters were all so friendly, attentive, and passionate about their work. The food was delicious and varied every day, and their warm hospitality made every meal a joy. A special thank you to Mr. Haytem, the front desk manager, for his professionalism, availability, and warm welcome. He made us feel truly at home. We are deeply grateful for the efforts of the entire team. You made our vacation special, and we will definitely return. Thank you, Ghazala Beach!

The property is basically at the beach. Absolutely amazing budget hotel. Our bungalow was 2 meters from the pool, very close to restaurant and the beach. Bungalow was tiny, but very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was perfect, brand new kettle, working fridge and flat tv, hot water all the time. Egyptian cotton sheets and pillows, very comfortable bed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything was way above my expectations. The food is ok price wise. There are many many colored fishes at the beach.

I will come again and will search for something, as this time I liked everything 😁 I didn’t like some tourist behavior- stepping on corals and feeding the fishes.

The location was perfect for us, right on the beach with all necessary shops and restaurants located within walking distance. The variety of pools to relax by was enjoyable and we especially appreciated the hospitality received by Eslam at the front desk as well as Mohamed Ali who prepared our rooms with much detail each day. We would love to give them both a huge shoutout and hope their hospitality and services are recognised by management! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, allowing us an early luggage drop-off and later check-out due to our flight times. And the restaurant staff were also beyond hospitable!! We can’t wait to visit again, in sha Allah.

The hotel is in great location, amazing sandy beach and access to the sea and activities and mostly very helpful ,focused on problem solution staff. We had a great time at the hotel and felt being treated as a family, our special needs child felt safe and cared for and was taking care of while doing activities and hotel staff recommended and made paramount about our safety and good time.special thank you for hotel to Haitham assistant to manager front of the hotel, who was swift in enabling to achieve all our requests. I will definitely recommend the hotel as it's good value for money for families and will be back again

Small restaurant for the number of guests , rooms needs updating but staff keeps the hygiene on the top and already ongoing work on some of the rooms to renovate

I did travel alone. The staff is very kind, caring to the needs of the customers and involve people in the free time activity and conversation. The staff made me feel welcome as already knowing them. This made me achieve my goal of relaxation because I felt at home.

If you go to eat at opening time, you may have to share the table with other customers. But this is a pro during a travel, especially for a solo traveller.

This place provides an interesting experience. It's humble and spacious like being on a boat cruise. The facilities were all good, nothing to brag about, but the staff are what I appreciated the most here. I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was with me. Mr Haitham and Mr Gamal were responsige with whatever concerns I had, from extending the checkout time to providing me with a charger when I lost mine. Looking forward to more time at ghazala beach!

There was a particular smell to the hotel. The room phone wasn't working but the staff were helpful with that.

I liked the location and in general the hotel met my expectations. They have a nice sandy beach, there are several reefs around and I loved snorkeling there and watching the fish. We had a bungalow that was near the pool (the water in the pool was cold though), it was very cozy with everything needed. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist. The food is fine, you can always find something at your choice. In the evenings they have entertainment programs and dancing.

Wi-Fi even on reception is very weak, enough only for messaging. Would be nice to have red tea for dinner. The restaurant can get very crowded )

Good Value for money. Comfortable. Good layout. Easy walking access to private beach within a couple of minutes.

WiFi was poor in public areas and sometimes not working. No WiFi in room.. Dinner was like a stampede at opening time because the food was not always replenished. "When it's gone it's gone". Therefore people were grabbing as much as possible because of the fear that it would run out. Not very extensive choice of main meat or fish in comparison to other hotels.But most other hotels are more expensive therefore expectations should be taking the above into account.
