Nice hotel with an excellent price/value ratio. It's located in the edge of the desert, half an hour walk to the city center (Naama Bay). We arrived early in the morning. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful in bridging over the hours we had to wait till check-in. The cleaning staff (2259) also did a great job. The pool area is looking great and we enjoyed the programs every night next to the pool. The restaurant was simply great. We had a lot of dishes to choose from almost without repetition during the week. Special thanks for the great pancakes and fried eggs for the breakfasts. There are also different fruits a lot of cakes and vegetables (salad) available to the meals. Due to the hotel is located not on the shore there is a free shuttle bus service taking us every half an hour in the morning hours to the (Kheima) beach, which is located next to the Old Market. There is also an excellent water park in the 'backyard', which is not visible from the pool area, therefore guests may not always be aware of its availability.

Although most of the meals were really excellent, it is likely still a challenge for the kitchen staff to make the meat softer in beef meals.

We had a vegetarian and gluten-free diet / allergies. When we asked the manager, Mr Mina, he called the head chef over and ensured the chef (Chef Magdy) knew about our allergies and dietary requirements and specifically made us food to accommodate us. Mr Mina ensured that everything was taken care of , and continuously checked in on us throughout our stay which was very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Magdy who was so nice and helpful and really made an effort to ensure we were fed. The receptionists were also very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to see/where to go and helped us take photos. Thank you , Kerralos at the main desk for all your help! We asked for mosquito repellent and they sent a member of staff up to spray our room for us which really helped.

The only thing we can complain about is that the WIFI isn't great at all. Often losing connection. WIFI was only available in the lobby, not in our rooms.

Thanks to efforts by Mr Mina & Mr Hany it was a much better stay. 1. Bed - supercomfy & big, quite firm, so slept well 10/10 2. Pillows are ok with harder twist -8/10 3. Bedlinen clean fresh ( not 100% ironed) - 8/10 4. Courtains - sunblocking so I could sleep well even during a day. - 10/10 5. Silence - I advise garden Deluxe as much more calm than pool facing -9/10 6. Meals - changing daily and quite tasty -9/10 7. Drinks - cant say as I was not drinking alcohol but "juices" are not real for each meal it is a mix of water and condensed juice - 6/10 8. Tea / coffee - again a choice between regular mint green and cinnamon is quite basic but all in all seams to be little budget. Coffee only as a instant - 6/10 a plus is a kettle and a selection of tea cofee instant inside the room -8/10 9. Breakfast - rather budget selection of cheese and meat , plenty of other food to choose from while if you want scrammbled eggs or omlette prepare for 5-10min waiting time. I would suggest putting 2 cooks into egg preparation . - 7/10 10. Lunch Dinner - good selection of different meals - 8/10 changed daily. 11. Room condition - relatively modern clean furniture and bed, noisy freezer taken out as not enough ventilation to cool down inside the furniture, good airconditioning plus nice big fan - 9/10 12. Facilities pool etc - good looking, modern -9/10 13. Beach - 3 routes a day in and out of the beach. No extra paid. Could use umbrella and sunbeds for free. Sandy orange sand. -8/10 14. Reception people bus driver people at the beach - friendly smiling helpful - 8/10 All in all fair price, decent food, some optimations needed in the restaurant.

● WI-Fi non existent in rooms so had to buy sim card for 300EGP therefore I cannot rate the speed in the lobby -4/10 ● Distance - 15 min walk to Naama bay street + 5EGP 3min ride by a bus to shopping centre. Otherwise 40min walk or 120 EGP taxi ride one way = distant location. - 5/10 ● Utensils in the restaurant - one place to find them and chasing it as almost never on the table plus whiggling unstable tables - 4/10 Restaurant would welcome more of the "owner's eye attention" to make it better.

Great value for money. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food was good.

The water slides may be lacking for some people (I prefer exploring the city so this didn’t bother me). There was one staff member that pestered me to tip them (on multiple occasions) for just doing their job.

I went to panaroma naama hights for a family vacation during Xmas and the new year. After seeing the reviews people had left, we were shocked. It seems as though they had booked a standard room expecting deluxe service. The deluxe rooms were amazing and the staff here were very keen to help us during our stay. The beach and naama Bay is quite far, but they have free shuttle bus which runs through out day and evening. The food is very tasty and there is a verity of choices with 4 bars serving throughout the day and evening. Snacks available in the Bar area outsidein the afternoon.The aqua park is a bonus. My kids loved it.The entertainment ANIMATION TEAM is so fantastic with so putting so much effort to keep the kids and adults happy. Fire show, acrobatics, yoga, darts, mini disco plus so much more. There are spa body massage services available in the resorts. My wife and daughters had the massage, nearly every day as it was fantastic. The cost is better then other area. Staff are fantastic and very professional. As I said in the beginning, please book a Delux room if you want a good room.

We chose Panorama Naama Heights hotel on our Egypt trip with my mother. We were very pleased during our 5-day stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helps you a lot. Ahmed H. K, who cleaned the room, asked us every day if we had any requests. It was very helpful, thank you. Mr. Ahmed, the receptionist, did everything he could for us from the first day we arrived at the hotel to the last day of the hotel. Since we were going to tour Cairo at night, he prepared our breakfast as a package and gave it to us. I thank him very much. I recommend it to everyone, you can come without hesitation. When I come to Egypt again, my choice will be Panorama Naama Heights.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the center and the market.

the location, its a remote area with no shoos near by. The man at the reception on tha last evening couldnt help us get dinner. Instead of helping, he asked us go to restaurant or bar to see the availability. I went to both the places but no one was there.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night, so we could use the late check-in with Ahmed. He’s so friendly and warmly welcomed us! He explained everything about the hotel. During the staying we’re really enjoyed the pool area specially the pool bar which had great prices and cold drinks. Our coolest barman was Huby with the biggest smile and we really liked his friendly service. We were suprised (on a good way) for the hotel have an own bus which took the tourists to the local beach and even during the night we could visit the city with this opportunity! Well done! All in all, that was a very nice staying for us, totally recommended!

Everything was great, no problems

I liked almost everything, mainly the staff there mister, kirollos, Khaled, Mohamed and also mister anna she was so nice and professional I liked the room location so much in front of the pool, The room size is good, clean and the bed is comfortable. I also liked the restaurant, the food was delicious and variable, the restaurant is so clean, and the staff were nice especially miss olga she is so nice. I also liked the beach although the location is a little bit far however they provide shuttle bus. I enjoyed the show that was made in the evening they brought a belly dancer and the Dg was amazing Mister hadeer ashraf in the pool is so nice.

I didn't like when the room service forgot to put new towels after cleaning the room and didn't put plastic cups which I had to call the reception to bring me cups of tea in my room, the beach size was so limited to swim, bitch size is small and I do have very small area to swim, they should have wide space for the beach, the hotel location is a little bit confusing as I was lost the first time when I arrived there, but anyway it wasn't so difficult.
