the property was not fancy but very clean and rooms and suits very clean and it has everything we need .. location is perfect as it’s in the center of everything and few steps from the beach

the only thing bothered me that the hotel doesn’t have specific place for parties except the open area among the rooms which was very noise and annoying during the weekdays one Monday and Thursday so we couldn’t sleep until 4 am after the dj stopped playing music

The staff and the location of the hotel were excellent. Also the interior design of the hotel and pool was very nice. There is a free beach entrance and you can reach the beach in just 4-5 minutes. Last but not least, the breakfast was more than excellent, you can't even find breakfast like this outside unless you are very lucky.

The first night we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned. The floors were very, very dirty, the sheets were full of other people's hair. There was even fresh lipstick marks on the pillowcase. On the 2nd day the sheets etc. were changed but the floors were so dirty that we had to walk around with shoes.

Fabulous and unique stay. The staff looked out for us tremendously and I just loved everything about staying here.

Nothing really….i wish there were more party nights! And it would be nice if the pool was heated.

Second time we stayed there and it was great for a good price also.

The beach they use is ok not the best and the stuff working there are very rude, they try to sell their drinks and stuff and dont allow anything from outside. But they didnt say anything to the girls who brought their outside drinks. I should be able to go and relax there with my own drinks and food or whatever. You should warn them about their behaviors because next time i will not go there.

Everything was exceptional. Construction, pool, location, price and management. Loved the fact that throw party on every Thursday and Sunday @11 PM and you get free access if you book the hotel. Also, they have a beautiful pet cat Chicka ❤️

They need work a little bit on the decor.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Location was great in the hub of Naama Bay, about 3-5 minutes to the beach and markets and some really fantastic restaurants around. Our suite was lovely, very spacious and comfortable! Would definitely book the place again if I’m ever in Sharm el sheikh! Ahmed was very friendly and helpful

property looked very empty I didn’t see anyone around. party prices are extreme expensive even more expensive than California, imagine. no discounts to guests staying there.

I loved my room location!! I booked the king terrace suite where you have a table and 2 chairs that are front and center for the 2 weekly parties that they throw. Literally the patios look right over the party! I also liked that it was chained off (making you feel like VIP) but that with your wristband, you could go down into the party. I feel that the bed was a little on the hard side but I was able to sleep in it and the couch was VERY comfortable. Apparently the WiFi I was given is the main WiFi but when I reached out about some spotty WiFi in my room, I was given a WiFi with password for my suite (not sure if they all have their own setup or not) or how strong it is bc I honestly just used my phone data). The food from Bus Stop was really good!!! All of the guys were great but Yusef stood out to me as he helped me both times that I ate there (his name was the easiest to remember and spell lol). I will write down everyone’s name to give the proper recognition next time bc I WILL be going back at the end of my trip.oh yeah, the BEST thing about this hotel is, NO KIDS!!!! It’s totally quiet on the rooms side and then when you step out on the other side, it’s like being in a different world at night. Also it was very affordable and the rooms were large!

If I HAD to say something, the bed…just don’t go plopping down on it lol again, it was on the firmer side (might have just been in my room and I can tolerate a firmer bed) but I didn’t wake up with body pain.

The staff here is excellent: polite and attentive. Great location: close to a dive center, cafes, shops, and the beach. We were here in November; it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Perhaps it wasn’t party season, but we were only glad about that.

We chose the option with breakfast and dinner included. And this is where there were some mistakes from the staff: sometimes they brought the wrong orders, and sometimes they were late.
