I like the amazing view in Eden rock hotel as from any side or room you can see sea,mountains and the wonderful vibes of sharm elsheikh. Also those respectable persons in hotel staff through helpful precise reception desk with Mr. Ahmed Elsaeed. And effortive polite security captains with captain Mohamed around all the 24 hours. Beside the professional kitchen staff with management of the expert chief And you can find the hotel clean all the time with two pools too.

Beautiful view across the Bay.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first room we were offered the lighting was faulty and we were immediately upgraded to a room with sea view for no extra cost. All the staff tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean. The showers were hot. The evening meals were very good and the main meat dish different each night. There is access to a free beach and to the Jewel hotel sea area. Both had many multi-coloured fish visible only steps from the shore

Whilst there were many positives, we could not understand why they did not pay attention to the breakfast, which let them down; suspect it was aimed at the East European/Russian taste, rather than Western. However there were fresh omelettes made daily on request and fresh yogurt and honey. The steps [ >100] down to the beach were a hassle for myself with a knee problem and no lift in the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful,clean with spacious rooms. Mr. Ahmed was very helpful and accommodating. He kindly assisted me making some travel arrangements. He also advised me on the best ways to travel while on egypt which saved me a lot of money. The staff are very friendly and always helpful with a smile The location is also perfect as it is situated close to the beautiful beaches at Nama Bay. The Meals were delicious and well presented. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

stuff, they are flexible, nice, decent. the stuff are the reason you will tolerate anything else. reception helped me alot i want to thank everyone working in Eden rock as they are the reason my trip was great Also view is fabulous, you feel you are in Greece ! Also i booked a sea trip with adamboat on facebook and it was amazing first diving experience for us

food is ok but no varieties also to reach the sea there are stairs as the hotel is above mountain (not too much i saw ppl double my age doing it easily and quickly it depends on your fitness) but it was still ok for a lazy and not fit person like me :D i am just writing a note because if someone with a health situation he would need a car to reach the beach

Very nice hotel and very good staff. They give us everythings what need for us. In the nighttime we found problem in the toalett and they would like change our rooms straight away but we waiting till morning.

In the rooms we have only 2 plugs and one of for the fridge and second we can use it. And that is far away from the beds.

The Hotel has a very nice view above the bay and is connected via a long stairwell down to the marina and Emperor Dive Center, which makes this hotel specially for divers very attractive. The room was clean and minor defects were fixed by the employees very fast. The staff was super friendly and I received a room upgrade during the check in (Thank you again). Breakfast was included, however as I was the only gust at the hotel the employees brought me a small selection on my table, what was enough.

The common areas as well as the restaurant were dusty.

It’s cozy, quite , the view is incredible , the guests profile is great and the hotel’s manager is pretty selective to find the proper guests for the hotel

The staff are super friendly, generous and hospitable. I celebrated my birthday over there and I felt like home. I highly recommend to visit it if you’re planning to have a relaxing and a quiet vacation.

The 2nd time I stayed here at superior double sea view room, the staff was so friendly and helpful specially Mr Muhammad Taha who did all he can to make us happy . The location was prime at high mountain with both Naama bay and Sea Magical view . The room was so clean and ready before we arrived . The check in didn’t take more than 30 seconds to be finished that was incredible . The house man was professional . Overall the value is more than money in comapre with all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh at the same category .

Stairs lead to beach weren’t comfortable or suitable for old people ever , it’s almost about 5 doors height . I suggest if the management of the hotel execute a lift with two brigdes above the road to connect the beach road safely , it would be better . The beach was kinda poor and need to renovate and maintain some of bean bags to be comfort .

the location is very good and strategic and it has a spectacular view of naama bay which is the main beach in sharm alsheikh. mister hisham and mister ahmad from the reception are very good people and they helped us with many things . the price is very good for this good service and quality.the breakfast has many kinds of food. and lastly thanks to egypt the land of history and it’s kind people

The food is repetitive, nothing new during the stay.
