The property is really beautiful. Rooms are spacious. The property is well maintained and clean It’s far for everything and you need a taxi to go anywhere but we knew that when we booked and it was not a problem for us The Buffet food has good variety and quality, but still a buffet to feed 350+ guests. Disappointing food and experience at the a la cart restaurant. The buffet is better. Good omelette at breakfast The beach is very nice and there’s space for everybody. Alcoholic beverages just not drinkable. The good news is we didn’t drink for a week. Lol Service at the buffet was sometimes good sometimes just not there. I would suggest to have one or two more waiters around. The coffee at the lounge bar was really good. The spa needs a urgent renovation. They’re very stressed about beach towel policy, but I guess they have a lot of them gone missing over the years.. guests loving Egyptian cotton make them perfect free souvenirs.. Very comfy beds. Some staff members are very pushy to get tips Tour desk is hit and miss. We booked several tours with them. Some were excellent, others not so great and more expensive than what you’d normally pay. Not the fairest way of doing business with your guests The quad bike+dinner safari was embarrassing. The safari itself was nice but dinner and dance show forget about it.. The daily tour to Santa Catarina Monastery is not worth it the long trip (3.5 hours on way). The overnight Sinai hike is a must. Very cold at night make sure you have the right gear. Best diving ever done at Thistlegorm wreck ship. If you’re a diver you can’t afford to miss that one. Last day spent on a private boat. Crew was fantastic. Really good chef onboard. Expensive pictures but well worth it. Overall price for daily boat hire was reasonable.. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there’s definitely room for improvement. Recommended

Room was good, I stayed in room 2011.Very clean and well maintained place. Fresh fruits served were very nice. BBQ outdoor tasted good. Omlette counter at break fast was good. Needs to improve on variety at live stations. Unlimited buffet had a good spread, but no taste, just bland. A customer will have high expectations for a 5 star, expecting international food. But could not find any international food there.Jaz entertaining team was nice. Cultural programs was only once during our 4 days stay, belly dance and Tanoura. Other days Miss hotel / Mr. hotel competition, below standard.

No wifi in rooms or beach. and this is a 5 star hotel. One at the reception does not work even. Drinks that was served was just average at the bar. Orange juice in the restaurant tasted like powdered juice mix, artificial taste. Plenty of food was there. Fresh cut apple and all were dropped in water, so apple does not taste good that way. Food was below average taste wise. Pizza at the outdoor did'nt had any Italian spices in, other than dough and just cheese. Bland. Rooms are not equipped with mobile charging ports/ sufficient plug points. To charge a device we need to unplug the bed lamp and plug in our mobile charger, so basically poor lighting as a result of this. Other plug point was near the kettle. Needs improvement in the areas mentioned.

We loved Jaz, we even extended our stay and we will go back again very soon :) It is warm, cozy, relaxed and the staff is amazing. The beach area with the wind protection, the pool is big, clean and next to the restaurant area. All next to each other made it very easy and super cozy! The green areas and the lights in the evening were beautiful! Also the view from our room was outstanding. The food was very good and the hospitality of the restaurant team made it really very nice experience (the sweets chef was outstanding). I did also appreciate a lot that the drinks were not served in plastic bottles! Jaz cares for the environment, well done!

My spouse and I stayed at the Jaz Belvedere Hotel in room 1101 from November 4 to 14, 2024. Before our arrival, Esmat El Askhar reached out to us on WhatsApp and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for. Our room was very spacious with a perfect location, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The beach was outstanding – we felt like we were swimming in an aquarium surrounded by fish. The pool was large and clean, though we never used it because the sea was simply unbeatable. The food was very clean and offered a great variety, with special themed dinners each evening. The crab, jumbo shrimp, and calamari were my favorites. Every staff member across all departments was kind, helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The entertainment here was enjoyable and sufficient. A special thanks to Esmat El Askhar for making our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel is architecturally beautiful—neither too big nor too small, creating an ideal environment. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the hardworking gardeners deserve a special mention! The hotel attracts friendly families and couples, and unlike many other hotels in Egypt, there were no disruptive guests. Instead, we had great conversations with many lovely people. The pool is fantastic for swimming and always clean, with very attentive lifeguards. One lifeguard even had to step in and rescue a child from the water—thankfully, he noticed in time. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport and close to all major attractions and shopping areas. Our driver, Sayed, was very kind and provided excellent information about Sharm el Sheikh. The sea is stunning with an abundance of fish, and the beach offers plenty of space for privacy. The food was varied, and the à la carte restaurant was especially outstanding. The service throughout the hotel was remarkable. Every request was met promptly, and the concierge ensured everything was organized immediately. The hotel’s offerings—spa, beauty treatments, activities, and photography—were diverse, with friendly and non-pushy staff. Doa provided excellent beauty services, while Mohamed’s massage advice and technique were highly professional. Sherif, the photographer, took beautiful, professional photos with perfect lighting and catered to our requests, even gifting us a photo album! The restaurant service was impeccable, with Ramzy always having our drinks ready before we even returned to the table. Mohamed at the pool bar also added a personal touch with his kindness. Our housekeeper, Said or Sayed for room 1308, always decorated the room with beautiful flowers, and it smelled fresh every day. The entertainment was fantastic, offering a wide variety of activities for both children and adults. The fire show was a standout, and the animation team was uniquely talented, friendly, and engaging.

One small suggestion for improvement: the bathroom fixtures, such as the trash bin, could use an update as some have developed rust spots due to the salt in the air.

We arrived at midnight but Mohammed from reception helped us with early checking around 7.am and with an upgrade. He was helpfull through our stay also Esmat from customer relations was very friendly and interested with our problems. Beach and the sea is sandy and very accessible.

Wifi probably was under construction through our stay and was only accessible around lobby and some common areas, not in the rooms. Bad luck

I had the most incredible experience at Jaz Belvedere Hotel, and I can't thank the team enough for making my stay exceptional. A special shoutout to the Duty Manager, Farag, who is undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. He promptly addressed any concerns I had and went above and beyond to ensure everything was rectified. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The animation team deserves applause for organizing fantastic events throughout the day and evening. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a vibrant touch to my stay. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful invitations to explore the city at night, catering to diverse preferences. Internet needs to improve and to be available in the rooms.

Very friendly and easy-going staff at the reception. They were always helpful. When we accidentally left the key inside the room, they promptly provided us with a new one without any hassle. The food was nice, almost every day there was seafood. Was good to have a pharmacy on the territory of the hotel. Nice sand on the beach. Great animation team. We appreciated that the team wasn't overly pushy. If we declined to join an activity, they respected our decision and didn't insist. Warm greetings to Danish girls!

Coca-Cola from the machine tasted like iodine. There was no internet; only in the reception area, and it was very, very poor. There is no bazaar nearby.

Beautiful beach and clear sea. The pool with warm water is very attractive. The hotel has a very nice garden.

By European standards, this hotel does not deserve five stars. The bathroom is outdated. The staff is pushy in asking for tips.

the whole resort is so clean and tidy, staff is always around keeping it nice, there are so much to choose from at meal times, really liked the food options.
