I liked the resort in general, it is good for a 3 days vacation.

Some of the staff are not experienced dealing with tourists, some of them will enhance the service if you give tips. Room decoration makes you feel like it's a kids room rather than a family room, beds were small but rather comfortable. Pools were not heated and food was average and they almost repeat same dishes daily, I didn't like Mangal restaurant (quality of meat and taste).

We had an unforgettable 10-day stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was spotless, the food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team (Kerim, Ahmad, Abdelrahman, Reham, Nabila, Anastasia, Anait & Chico) – they made every day so much fun! DJ Mandela kept the dancefloor alive every night – the best DJ we’ve ever experienced! Special thanks to Nubi, Mounir & Mohamed at the pool bar for the great cocktails and care, and to Mehmet Ali & Saif in the restaurant for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, big appreciation to the lifeguards, especially Ayman & Youssef, for their attention and kindness towards our little one.

It was a wonderful, even spectacular stay. The place is amazing, fancy, huge, and exceeded our expectations. The availability of staff, housekeeping, and lifeguards was great, and they were attentive to the children with us. There was also ample availability of places at the pools, bars, and restaurants. On the other hand, since it is a new hotel, there are some points for improvement: Transportation should be more available, less crowded, and follow a defined track. Some staff members are new and do not know the locations or work hours of the restaurants and transportation. The music at night after dinner at the theater is very loud, resembling a night club. There are no varieties, such as Arabic music, and it feels like all the activities are directed towards specific people and nationalities. We chose to come to Egypt to taste, feel, and smell Egypt. The hotel is great, but aside from the staff, if you look at the kind of cuisine the Rixos offers, the kind of music, facilities, and activities, it is hard to distinguish it from other hotels in Antalya or Cyprus. We know that Rixos is a foreign network of hotels, but even so, you chose to open your biggest project in Sharm El Sheikh. We love to experience Egypt, and in other hotels we have visited in Egypt, even at 5-star international hotels, we enjoyed feeling the Egyptian vibes all the time and everywhere. This was lacking at Rixos. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would love to come back again if we could manage to listen to ten Arabic songs a day. 😉🙂 Best regards Dr sobhiya mruwat rabah

Should increase number of Gulfcars. Make a food available after 2am to the morning as we are out when we come back there wasn’t available food

Swimming pools , kids area and main restaurant

Beach , not suitable for swimming Shallow water with lots of coral reefs Evening restaurants which require reservation are below expectations

Big and fabulous hotel And i have to say that we met a lady from the guest relations called sohaila she took care of everything from the moment of arrival till we left I do recommend of the hotel specially for families

The beach was a little bit scary

Clean and new hotel. The food was good, but a bit too salty for our taste it seems to be a local flavor preference

The hotel positions itself as offering top-level service. Comparing it to similar Rixos hotels in Turkey, the UAE, and Kazakhstan — the restaurant service here is friendly but rather laid-back. Overall, though, it is probably the best hotel in this region.
