Very nice hotel, with really friendly staff! One of my favourite things was the territory itself-so green, so cosy, with a lot of beautiful palm trees and other plants and flowers,respect to all the gardeners who are doing amazing job to make the resort even more alive! We had one time dinner at one of the a-la-cart restaurants-Portofino, the Italian one and it eas amazing! So big portions anf really tasty!

Spacious room , very beautiful landscape and big territory. Shopping possibilities just next door to resort. Kids club for international speaking kids ( Bella) was amazing ! Good pools and breathtaking coral rif.

Separation for Italians and non Italians including animation and even a kids club. Variety of food needs improvement , long lines build up for afternoon snack which is served only by one person. Evening animation is poor.

We returned again to this hotel. You may think we are boring but we know what we like so why change it. We are welcomed like family we have been so many times. Always a great choice of food, if you go hungry then you are fussy. Great beach over looking Tiran island. Always a fantastic service and the staff cannot do enough for us. Thank you to Hamed, Haitham Mo Salah, Mohamed for our towels and sun beds every day. Muhammed and friends who make the best cocktails in the Luna and beach bars. Saad our room cleaner. Mahmoud Mosa restaurant manager, Mustafa bar manager. Michael, Hady, and all the other staff in the restaurants, who took such great care of us. We can't wait to see you all again in October 2025.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and a significant part of that was due to the truly exceptional staff. We'd particularly like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Samir, the EAM, whose incredibly warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. His kindness was genuinely appreciated throughout our stay. We also want to commend Mr. Maged Talaat for his incredibly friendly and lovely demeanor. Both gentlemen contributed significantly to making our visit so memorable and enjoyable. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and genuinely everything was fantastic! The only minor suggestion we have, which would have made our experience even more perfect, is regarding the beach. While we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and services, the beach itself was quite rocky. If it were sandy, it would truly elevate the experience to another level.

I had the pleasure of booking a stay for my mother at this incredible hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and she absolutely loved every moment of it! From the moment she arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking sea views—waking up to the sight of the Red Sea was simply magical. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. A special mention to Mustafa Gamal, who went above and beyond to provide helpful information and make the stay even more enjoyable. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, stunning views, and incredible dining, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Food variety and quality was good, easy access to the diving/snorkeling, friendly staff, great pools (for kids too)

Pros: We loved the hotel. We got lucky with the weather, it was hot and not too windy (March), and the sea was open for swimming for 4/6 days of your stay. The hotel was not overcrowded. The staff was very friendly and polite, we felt at ease (Mustafa the waiter and a manager in red shirt whose name we didn’t ask were great). We got a good room right next to the beach, but the hotel is pretty big so there’s a bit of a walk to the restaurant. There’s a sandy/coral beach, and swimming is allowed from a pier - there’s a coral reef wall so take a mask, fins and underwater camera with you. There’s a spa and excursions available at an extra cost. The hotel also has several activities throughout the day, like water gym, yoga, volleyball and evening concerts. The food was generally very good, there’s a variety of healthy options and deserts, with every meal the chiefs would additionally cook other meals in front of you (pancakes/waffles/eggs for bfast, seafood/meat for lunch and dinner). The drinks were less impressive, whilst it is an all inclusive bar the alcohol was not the best quality.

Cons: There were no cons but rather suggestions for the managers as the hotel is great as it is. The food options were often mislabeled, and some lacked labels at all, so not great for people with allergies. We also took a breakfast box ones for a tour and it was quite disappointing in comparison to the breakfast in the restaurant: the box included 2 fruits, 2 bread buns in penoplast and a juice. They didn’t ask our preferences and I got a salami in my bread (I am a vegetarian). Lastly, for the activities mentioned above it was not enough for the full hotel capacity: there was only 1 table tennis court and 1 darts for all the guests (100+ rooms I think?). Both table tennis and darts seemed very old and worn out, but it’s an easy fix for the management if they wish.

The staff are amazing. Egyptian people are so welcoming. Lifeguards were so helpful, fixing stuff and getting us clean towels. Very clean. Spa is modern and I got 3 massages for only £73 infusing sauna and steam. Free sun burn treatment. Animation team were fab, always talking to us, not pushy. A show every night to watch of varying levels of talent and production! They tried hard to keep us busy. Beauty / hairdressers were very helpful and painted toes, fixed my daughters broken acrylic nail (they went out to get the glue for her) Amazing gardens..

Needs updating, worn out furniture and equipment etc Food good for Polish and Russian stew goulash etc nice salad breads fruits and good dessert. English kids would struggle here I think. No chips, burgers etc No lifts at all. No Fanta. Lilo from shop broke after 4 days and a hat we bought also fell apart.

The buffet was amazing, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view of the ocean and the facilities was spectacular. I liked that there was no hassling in the shops inside the resort, and I loved that you didn’t have to worry about food at any time of the day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all provided buffet-style, and if you got hungry in the pool area, there were snacks available between meals, as well as unlimited drinks.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no buffet-style serving of scrambled eggs for breakfast. If you wanted eggs, you had to stand in line for them to be made to order. It’s not a bad thing if you prefer fresh eggs, but sometimes the lines were long, and I just wanted scrambled eggs quickly. Also, I would have loved to see more bananas—I only saw them once. Other than that, there’s not much to complain about or criticize. Overall, I think the service was really good; I just missed those two things. Everything else was excellent, and I highly recommend it!
