The resort is amazing, clean and very spacious. Even though there were many guests we never felt like it was overcrowded or messy. Food also was nice with different choices every day. We also had the chance, accorato our packages, to try the different restaurants (I recommend the Indian one) The staff was excellent, very kind. Also as our flight was late in the evening they let us stay in the pool and restaurant area even after leaving the room.

We didn’t know that there is no coral reef in the area, we planned some trips outside to get to see it. So if the main purpose of the trip is snorkeling for you I do not recommend this place.

This is an amazing place, everyone is very kind, helpful and really professional. They made our Holiday an unforgettable experience. I spent a week with my family here, which was their first time but for sure not the last. In my opinion the service here is superior to any other hotels in whole Sharm El Sheikh! The food in the restaurants was excellent, tasty and various, very delicious. Me and my Mom, we have many food intollerances and this was no problem at all, they took care in the restaurant for everything, very carefully. We are more than grateful that we could enjoy this beautiful environment and taste the specialities without being worried of anything. The rooms are spacious and the bed is extremly comfortable. They took care of the cleaning, to have enough water always and less mosquitos possible. At the reception they were more than helpful by providing information, giving us advices, recommend programs or sharing their opinions about a trip or service in the city and off course they solved everything for us immediately. If you would like to spend your Holiday as a Queen and King it is a must to visit this place. Highly recommended! This was my first time staying at this resort, and it definitely won’t be the last I will be coming back many more times. Everything was excellent starting from the moment we entered the lobby, where we were warmly welcomed with beautiful smiles and a smooth, professional check-in process. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud El-Gohary for his warm welcome and professional attitude. I also want to thank Mr. Ali, as well as Mahmoud Shaaban, Taha, Ahmed, and Diaa at the restaurant. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, as every single staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and of high quality. The rooms were great, the furniture was in good condition, and I’d like to thank Mohamed, who was responsible for housekeeping. As for the swimming pools, they were extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The water activities and entertainment were fantastic—my children truly enjoyed them! A big thank you to Abdelhamid at the Aqua Park. All the staff members were very kind and treated everyone equally, regardless of nationality. They always had a smile on their faces and were quick to help with anything we needed. Thank you, Coral Sea Resort, for bringing joy and smiles to my whole family. We will definitely be returning again.

Staff are so friendly and helpful especially when you have young children. Hotel is so clean including the pool toilets. Always fun activities by the pool and kids club in evening. Small splash pool in hotel and main one oposite. Plenty of sunbeds, ice cream and popcorn available poolside, drinks bought over to you On the sunbeds. House keeping are excellent always cleaning the room, clean beach towels and making displays with towels on the bed for my young child. There are always many options for food, including different restaurants you can book into.

Really liked the room, food, pools. All really good and everything we hoped for.

The staff were generally kind and helpful but some did pretty much ask for tips, which I understand, but I had no cash on me at the time and it made me feel guilty and bad when I didn’t realise it was something expected of me as a guest.

We loved everything! They seriously have everything for everyone. We like to sleep early in the evening and wake up early to make the most of the sun, but they didn't know this, so they gave us a room close to the evening entertainment. We couldn't sleep from all the noise, so we mentioned this at reception, and they changed our room to an identical one, which was really not that far, but in a tranquil area. We had a fabulous ten days as a result. The staff is charming and cheerful, and they are just super with children. The food is amazing. They have something for everyone, from many different salads, grilled meat and pies and kinds of pasta, vegan and vegetarian options (also soooo good), not to mention the amazing cakes and fruits (especially the fresh dates!!! yummm) They offer entertainment, like a boat trip to see the corals, where you can snorkel or dive. You can go on a desert safari, but if you just want to stay at the hotel, you can play volleyball, basketball, football, or use the waterpark. They also have something called a colour party, which we didn't go to, so we're not sure what that is. Our family came home recharged and full of memories. We will definitely come back.

The safari wasn't our favorite, but that might just be a preference.

The staff is welcoming and really cares about satisfaction of guests, food variety is great , food and beverages served almost all day. beach is very good. All public areas are clean , rooms are super clean as well

the animation team was very poor and especially for British guests and also some of the facilities and activities for British guests only . the sea is suitable for kids but needs to long the bridge to see the reefs and make good snorkeling .

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff, the food the views. No complaints. Pure enjoyment. Rooms are very spacious with great views. Beautiful gardening along the hotel. Food was the bomb. Great selection of food, every evening different cuisine depending upon the flag they hang e.g Monday Italian tuesdays Egyptian etc. Restaurant staff super friendly , polite and caring always asking if you'd like something to drink.. Reception is welcoming, understanding and treats their guests like kings 🤴.. Swimming pools are very nice with lots of activities and seperate cute aqua park with swimming pools for children. Their beach is top 👌 sandy with lots of seats, great beach bar. Entrance to the sea is shallow. You can walk cca 200 m on the shallow water reaching ankles and then slowly entering sea . They clean the swimming area no harmful sea creatures there . Very safe for children. There is also long jetty from which you can jump to absolutely crystal clean water not more than 1,55 m deep. Great for people who are not good swimmers or people who don't know how to swim.On the site is also lifeguard. I definitely recommend this hotel to eveyone, especially couples, families with children and elderly and people seeking moments to unwind and just relax with no worries ❤️

The aqua park is nice but too small. Swiming pools are good. The pictures are acurate. Rooms are big and spacious. Sea view is beutiful but not the dry beach. Staff are freindly. The kids den room is brilliant and with sea view. The kids room has a door and separate AC.

Food at the main restaurant is not good, not delisiouse. They reuse leftovers from previous nights. 2 of us got sick because of the food. Drinks are cheap. The paid internet is not good, get a sim card. The aqua park is not located in the same resort, you have to get out and cross the street into the other hotel. The sea is dry, no water or very low ( ankle high) for a long distance. No waves even in the dark waters.
