Everything was great , the friendly staff on the reception ( both named Mohamed) , the house keeping Mina ,the restaurant Romany , Yousef and ahmed. The food quality and variety was very nice was the sancks between the 3 main open buffet. my kids enjoyed the aqua park and the wave pool. the size, view and cleanness of the room is preffect.

the animation team didn't even say hi to egyptian guest , i stayed for 4 days on the pool on the night show . me , my wife and kids didn't even get a smile. even my kids have US passports but we are egyptian, all of that had been informed to the check off reception staff.

My family and I recently stayed at the Coral Sea Aqua Park in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. **Room and Amenities:** We stayed in a Kids' Den room with sea views after a free upgrade from a family room reservation with a soft all-inclusive package. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. **Dining:** The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available at each meal. The buffet had something for everyone, including the kids. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. **Facilities:** The hotel's aqua park was a major highlight. It provided endless fun for the whole family. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. Excellent food, offer of all-inclusive was very wide and tasty (food and also drinks). Super clean pools and aquapark equipment for small children and older separately. Each pool and slide was in operation, despite the fact that it was not the main season. We had no enought time to try everything :D. Very big rooms (we had 2 x swim-up rooms) with private pool for several rooms together and all necesary equipment. We really didn't miss anything in the room for us and also for children. I must to thank especially for kettle, because of early morning coffe. (Instant coffe, tea and 2 bottles of water were everyday in our room). Rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. In price was very good internet that works in room and also in outdoor (1GB for room daily) what was enough for common usage. Outdoor - beautiful and clean garden with playground for children. We also realy liked a short walk to the beach through partners resort on the opposite side of road. Walk was cca. 1km. We feel secure from airport to hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We used to thank for their services with the small tips. We were there in the beginning of 03/2023 with 3 children (3, 4 and 9y) and we enjoy our stay a lot. It was good for us that there was not so hot and also not so many people in resort. In this period water in pools or sea can be a little colder but we swim everyday without problem. We are a little sad that we could not use the services of the animators at pools during the day and participate in the evening program because of the small children. We believe that next year we will enjoy it even more. In any case we plan to take holiday here in the same period next year. So see you :)

There was nothing we didn't like :D. Maybe a little bit cold in the main restaurant because of air condition, but this can be solved with one sweatshirt.

If you plan to go to this resort, YOU SHOULD READ THIS ... Amazing resort with extremely welcoming staff .. amazing and super safe aqua park, surfing and pools ..THE FOOD was a piece of art ..THE STAFF(Reception agent , aqua and pools' guards , restaurants employees and barmen , Housekeeping agents .. everyone we've dealed with was exceptionally welcoming and smiling reflecting an outstanding level of management .. EVERYTHING IS SURPRISINGLY SATISFYING.. THIS IS THE BEST RESORT I HAVE BEEN TO IN ABOUT 10 YEARS , and I have been to many many resorts in Hurghada , Sharm el sheikh and Sokhna .. nothing is compared to this .. Our stay was super comfortable with my kids .. I will definitely repeat this stay next month with my bigger family and I've definitely marked this resort to be my place to go frequently .. Thanks

One of the best hotels ever you feel the hospitality every where starting from the outside gate to the front desk mr ali &Mr mohamed hussin and the manager Mr ahmed. check in was very fast and easy the restaurant very clean restaurant team were amazing foods 😋 very tasty and variable Aqua very secure aqua guards were friendly and attentive Housekeeper mahmoud always eliminate bill man mohamed very decent all the stuff helpful 👍

As is the nature of the region, the sea is not the best thing. Animation team at night needs improvement and Keep in mind that there are different nationalities, especially Egyptians and Arabs

The facilities are perfect, there is so much and it’s n it too overwhelming, everything is close but there is still space. The staff are amazing. You always feel safe and the lifeguards are super vigilant with the children. The dining staff housekeeping, bar, reception everyone just goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience. This is the place only time we have ever gone back to the same hotel for a second time.

The evening entertainment could be a little more kid focused. It was very hit and miss.

Beach need more intervention

All about this hotel is perfect. The staff is jovial and helpful. We stayed in 2 connected double rooms. The rooms are spatial, modern and very clean. The aquapark was very fun and has several activities for different ages. The food was various and tasty. The hotel is second line, but you are allowed to enter the beach in the front hotel just across the street. It has a sandy clean beach and very clean toilets We really enjoyed our stay Thanks for all the team

Broadly, the food was exceptional. Along with the service, which was top notch, our stay could hardly be better with this hotel. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to friends or family. When compared to other stays, this hotel was right at the very top of our list and I can see us visiting again.

The Hotel is part of a bigger group of hotels under the same banner, but use of these other hotels was limited to the beach and soft drinks and snacks. This was not apparent when we booked and some clarity on this would have been useful. I don't really understand their approach, it would have been a better (for users of all hotels) if we could have used the full array of services at all of the hotels (2 more in that area).

I'm satisfied and give a 9 of 10! Very good and helpful staff. Tasty food. I asked to delay a checkout for a hour - and they agreed.

WiFi is not secured! It's not about password, but about secure connection between you and the router. That mean all information you send can be intercepted by anyone. Please setup a WPA2 security. And the WiFi was pretty weak.
