I really enjoyed my stay, and it was an exceptional experience. I appreciated the attention to detail, as well as the warm welcome and constant friendliness of the staff. The location was also excellent and close to all services, which made getting around easy and convenient. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The pool right at the back of the flat. Beautiful resort externally (buildings, lighting at night). Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Staff in general have a kind attitude. Reception will kindly assist with booking a taxi or getting a delivery, anything you struggle with pretty much. The landlord responds quickly. The landlord gifted us food, water, and other items shortly after our arrival as a welcome gift. Is feels safe in the resort and outside as well. Shuttle bus to a private beach with clear water, sand, large area before it gets deep, so nice if you are not willing to swim and just want to wet legs or have young kids. The shuttle leaves at 10.30am, 12pm and 2pm, and only returns at 4pm.

The booking description is misleading. The apartment is the opposite of VIP. As you enter the building, corridors and staircases are dirty (floors and walls) and never get cleaned. You enter the apartment into the the kitchen/lounge. It's quite dark as there is no window. The only daylight that comes in is through a bedroom that has no door. Only 1 light works in this kitchen. The furniture in this room is very low quality. The quality of workmanship inside the flat is quite poor (dried up dripped wall paint, electric sockets and switches not fully sealed). I don't recommend if you have toddlers. Light switches and sockets are very dirty, as well as under the kitchen cabinet. Kitchen cabinets were dirty (particularly dirty inside drawers). There is no mop to clean the floor or any cleaning products. Walls are dirty in places. Drawers in the bedroom were mis fitted and therefore difficult to open. I refitted them properly so they could open and close smoothly. 1 half of a wardrobe couldn't be used because its door was off rail and wouldn't slide open. Items around the house have never been fully unwrapped (wrapping film on fridge, around legs of the coffee table, around lampshades, around PVC door frames, cardboard left to side of kitchen cabinet and on picture frame corners). Bedding wasn't suitable (mattress topper was too small for the double bed, you could fill the plastic wrapped around the mattress and hear it as you moved. There wasn't sufficient and adequate bedding for sleeping on the sofa bed if we wished to use it.) The double bed had a big drop at the bottom because 2 bed slats were fallen out and would fall every time we refitted them. Clothes hangers were too big for the wardrobes. During our stay we had leaks from Air Conditioner and the bathroom tap. The en suite bedroom has 2 single beds while the bedroom without a door has the double bed.
