I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and stunning views of the sea. The pools are elegant, well-maintained, and a joy to swim in. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly, contributing positively to the stay. However, I did notice that some of the staff at the bar, especially those working by the sea, seemed less enthusiastic about their jobs. Their attitude was a bit off-putting, and interactions with them were not as pleasant as with other staff members. The reception experience was average—nothing particularly warm or memorable. On the brighter side, the hotel management is top-notch. I was especially impressed by the night manager, who handled everything professionally, though I regret not catching his name. The housekeeping service was also excellent, with the room being cleaned to a high standard every day. One area that needs improvement is the internet service, which was quite weak during my stay. I hope the management addresses this issue soon. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from more entertainment options in the evening. After dinner, there wasn’t much to do as there were no parties, events, or activities to keep guests entertained. This makes the hotel more suitable for those seeking relaxation and an early night’s sleep rather than those looking for lively nightlife. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a memorable stay!

It was the best decision to choose pickalpatros laguna vista. Great hotel, amazing staff, the staff work so hard and still smiling. They do everything they can to satisfy the customers. Great location, clean hotel, and spacious rooms with modern bathroom. The food was so delicious, especially the morrocan section.( we would like to thank Nezha and Souad from the morrocan section. Your food was so delicious) On the other section, there were many delicious food as well. There was fish every day at the fish restaurant. There were so many choices of food, it caters to everyone's needs. You are sure to find something you like. Once again, we would like to thank all of the staff for the freat job and great customer service they provided. Including Hocine from reception, Ramadan Fathy from room service, Ahmed Shawky from Tagine restaurant, the morrocan guy from entertainment, and also the two lady's from the kids club, they were also amazing. All my respect to all staff including gardening.

The music was quite loud at the terrace, especially after the dinner, we would like to sit down and relax a little bit, but the music was quite loud, I would appreciate if it was quite down. I also didn't like allow string bikini or stringkini arrond the hotel, this hotel is amazing for family, but seeing string bikini or stringkini arrond with our children looks uncomfortable.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Aqua Park in Sharm El Sheikh for 7 days and 6 nights. We were a group of 11 people occupying 4 rooms, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Room and Location: We booked a Bungalow with a pool view, and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, right between the reception building where most of the restaurants are and the beach. It made it so convenient for us to access the pool, beach, and nearby restaurants and bars. The proximity to supermarkets and fast food places around the hotel was also a plus. Amenities: The amenities at the hotel were excellent, including free parking. The only minor complaint we had was the WiFi speed—it could be a bit faster. However, this didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Staff: The staff were incredibly polite and cooperative, always ready to assist with any requests and responding quickly. A special shoutout to Mr. Hussien Sabry from reception, who stayed in touch throughout our vacation to ensure we had everything we needed. Also, a big thank you to Anastasia from Guest Relations for her excellent service. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Everything from the rooms to the restaurants, pools, and bars was spotless. It was very noticeable and greatly appreciated. Overall Experience: Our overall experience was extremely positive, and we would rate it a 10/10. We visit Sharm El Sheikh every year, and so far, this is the best hotel we have stayed at. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Aqua Park to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience in Sharm El Sheikh.

Wifi could be better.

Everything was exceptional, above our expectations. One of the best we visited so far, friendly staff, new well furnished rooms, our room was spacious with all facility and big Smart TV. Also most rooms have a balcony with a great view. Well maintained resort very neat and clean. Huge variety of food from different local and international cuisines. Crystal clear water with the beautiful nabq bay scenery and colored fish. Animation team members were polite and friendly( lots of activities with no interference to your own space/ comfort) Our little one enjoyed the minidisco everyday and had so much fun in the aqua park Special thanks to Mr. Hussien from reception for his kind care and follow up.

More bars needed to cover the huge space. The pier needs to be extended to the deep water like the pier in Royal Moderna pickalbatros (other branch in nabq bay)

Very professional staff and always present to answer your queries quickly with a big smile. Special thanks to Nabil Yousef from reception desk. Big bungalow sea view and close access to the beach, pool and Redsky bar. Transportation always available from far rooms to reception and aqua park. Amazing aqua park, the most important thing in the hotel for the kids. Kids club available for kids and nearby theatre where kids parties take place. Very nice food, many restaurants, many choices, opening hours flexibility, late diner from 22h30 to 00h00 or early breakfast from 01h00 to 05h00. Clean hotel and rooms. Nice animations, especially for kids. I’ve already extended my stay and I would certainly come back to this hotel.

Mr.Nabil was truly a lifesaver during our stay- always available, kind, and quick to help with any issue. His support made us feel much more comfortable. Also, Mr. Hany Abas from housekeeping was full of positive energy, always smiling and polite. He always greeted us kindly and asked how we were doing. It honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place, not just a hotel. The room was large, clean, and cozy. There’s food, drinks, and some kind of activity going on all day — you’re never bored! The water park is also so much fun. There are several pools in the resort, each with a different vibe. There’s a nice balance of relaxation and fun. Easy to reach from the airport.(15min) If your flights are at odd hours like ours were, don’t worry — the hotel staff is very flexible and supportive when it comes to early check-in or late check-out. That made a big difference for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were exceptionally cooperative especially, Mohammed & Mahmoud. The hotel stay in short was quite an excellent experience and have already planned to come next year with my wife and daughter, who will also definitely love the experience. The food was delicious & sumptuous and was indeed a whole new experience for myself and our team. Loved the entertainment programs as well as the pool view from my stay.

The only issue was that I had to leave the place, as it was a very short business trip, just when I had started loving it! The people around, the staff at kitchen & bar made it quite difficult to point out a mistake. Even when I wanted to find a complaint with my room not being made, I couldn't, as it was always done neatly in time!

First, I want to say a massive thanks to Nabil at reception for giving us an upgrade from two rooms to two bungalows, which were fantastically situated in the middle of the resort. Massive thanks to Ehab for cleaning our room every day and to Mehmoud Mahfouz in Soprano for being such a funny and lovely guy. The two bungalows were really big, in fact we could have just done with one. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and there would have been more than enough sleeping space for all of us. The resort is really well maintained, constant cleaning and upkeep all day and night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools and slides to keep the kids busy. The resort has its own section of private beach with sunbeds. They even have a water surfing machine if you fancy having a try. Lots of shops outside within walking distance. On-site spa was very nice. We used it a few times for message. Big thanks to Carlos, Khalid and Lubna for the messages. Showers were super powerful with 3 different shower spray functions. Lots of toiletries and towels provided. Kettle and fridge freezer in every room.

The only one downside to this place would be the food. We found it lacked taste and was quite bland and boring. We heard this same comment from many of the Asian guests. The food lacked any sort of spice or real flavour. The nicest thing were a few of the Moroccan dishes. It was also quite repetitive. It would have been nice to have had some fresh juices aside from Melon, and perhaps some milkshakes for the kids. Ice cream was very basic, more of a sorbe than an ice cream. If they improved the food then it would have been a 10/10. We booked the ala carte one night for my son’s birthday and to be very honest it was worse than the buffet next door. Food was very dry, poorly presented and had very little flavour. Desserts were near enough the same every night.
